Providing and fixing of following size G.I. cable tre minimum thickness 16 SWG includind supporting with angle iron, channels and tie with cable tie , cable tray, cable tray cover, cover clamp, joint patti and other required accessories for 12" & 6" cable tray, cable tray cover and cover clamp with proper nut and bolt to fix the cable tray and other related work as per instruction of site incharge. Including transportation and carriage with cost of fitting and labours charges. A. cable tray, cable tray cover & cover clamp 6' (170 Mtr). B. cable tray, cable tray cover & cover clamp 12'(390 Mtr).

Providing, Fixing ,Testing & commissioning of XLPE insulated PVC sheated Cu Conductor armoured cable (Make- L&T/Legrand/Havells/KEI) of 1.1 KV grade of following size Conforming to IS. 7098/1988 with upto date ammendment on existing cable tray tieing with cable tie etc. as required including all cost of material with transportation, labour and T & P required for proper completion and commissioning of work as per instruction of site incharge. A. 4X 10 sq. mm (1595 Mtr). B. 4X 25 sq. mm (974 Mtr)

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of BUSBAR with all accessories in double door floor mounted modular, sectionalised, compartmentalized, extendable type MV cubical panel having required/standard front surface area and standard depth as per site requirement and instructed by site incharge . Panel should be fabricated from CRCA steel of minimum 16 SWG thickness for enclosure and doors with gland plates and stiffeners wherever required, having vibration free structure and proper finished with primer and painting. BUSBAR grade high conductivity (as instruction of site incharge) extensible type with all accessories suitable for 3 phase 415-440 V 50 HZ AC supply with common earthing and 2 numbers earth stud. (Make- L&T/Legrand /ABB/Havells), including transportation and carriage with cost of fitting and labour charges. A. Bus Bar for operation of 04 number inlate regulator gates. B. Bus Bar for operation of 08 number outlet regulator gates. C. Bus Bar for operation of 14 number main barrage gates.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of main LT distribution panel with all accessories (Make- L&T/Legrand /ABB/Havells) Outdoor type, floor mounted modular, sectionalised, compartmentalized, extendable type MV cubical panel having suitable/standard front surface area with suitable/standard depth( as per site requirement minimum 46" height pannel width 50" depth 14" and with standard). Fabricated from CRCA steel of minimum 16 SWG thickness for frame work, enclosure and doors, for gland plates and stiffeners wherever required, having vibration free structure with proper smooth surface priemerd and painted. LT panel shouled configured high conductivity (as instruction and standard quality ) bus bar suitable for 3 phase 415 -440V ,50 Hz AC supply including common earth bus (standard make as per instruction) with 2 Nos earth stud including transportation / carriage with cost of fitting and labour charges.

Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of reversible starter with all accessories (Make- L&T/Legrand /ABB/Havells) suitable for upto 5.0 HP motor including three phase MCB with standard rating and complete with Power contactors three phase AC-3 duty. Starter should also comprise motor protection having inbuilt over load, earth fault, locked rotor and three phasing protection feature complete with all accessories and internal wiring with minimum 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor wire, timers and relays as required, push/ rotary buttons for start/stop, Control MCB, and other related suitable accessories as per requirement.
