Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtaining from outside borrow pits, filling with 15cm layer ramming, dressing and compaction and watering including paying compensation of land, if any with lead up to 30m and lift 1.50m complete as directed.

Construction of office building Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in all types of soil removing the surplus water where necessary and refilling the site after completion of work including ramming, dressing, watering with local carriage etc. complete as directed.

Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Plain cement concrete floor base as specified with coarse aggregate of size 13mm to 38mm (river gravel) including curing etc. complete as directed.

Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying in position M.S. rod/ Torsteel/ TMT bars of all sizes as per design and drawing as required including cutting, bending, cranking with necessary lappage and tying with black wire complete as directed.

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 1 ½: 3 with aggregate of size 6 mmto 20 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed.(Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.)

Brick work in cement mortar 6mm thick with 1st class brick including racking out joint and curing and necessary scaffolding etc. complete as directed

Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 15cm thick including local carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed.

25mm thick artificial stone damp proof 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 6mm to 20mm size with CTCO or other similar approved damp proofing compound.

75mm thick 1st class brick nagged wall in cement mortar including racking out joint, curing, complete as directed.

12mm thick cement plastering including clearing surfaces and curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Supplying, fitting and fixing iron grating in windows/clerestory windows, M.S round rods 16 mm dia fixing at not more than 13 cm c/c apart with one line of 40 mm x 10 mm size M.S flat horizontal at middle including painting the iron work two coats with approved paints etc. all complete as directed.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing galvd CI Sheet roofing including supplying ,fitting fixing with necessary galvd Screw /Iron J hooks , Nuts & washer etc .complete as directed.

Providing asbestos cement plain sheet ceiling with 1st class timber bidding size 50mmx12mm bothways at 1.2m apart including kiricide oiling two coats to all timbers and painting the biddings with synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as directed.

Clearing and white washing complete as directed.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Septic Tank and Infection Chamber Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in all types of soil removing the surplus water where necessary and refilling the site after completion of work including ramming, dressing, watering with local carriage etc. complete as directed.

Tube well and Water Pump Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipe for hand pump / tubewell, in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting, including removing the casing pipe after the hand pump / tube well is lowered and tested :

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of useable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
