ARMO of 11KV Sub station, Electrical Installation, DG sets and lifts at ARSR Bijwasan, New Delhi 2021-22. Sub Head Annual Upkeep of E and M Installations.

Amount

SH-1: Upkeeping of 11 KV Sub-station, 2x250 KVA DG Sets i/c AMF panel and other electrical installations at ARSR Bijwasan on all working days i/c Sunday & holidays including provision of engaging manpower as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract. Note : Contractor has to re-engage all 15 nos. workmen categorized as per the special conditions of contract who are protected by the stay / Status Quo order by Hon'ble high Court of Delhi and subject to outcome of WPC 4564/2019 and WPC 1462/2020.

SH-II: Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification for amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- as and when required during contract period. Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under: Item rate as per DSR-2018 = X Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted)= Y = X / 1.18 (ex. GST) Example: if rate of an item as per DSR-2018 = 118.00 Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted) = 118 / 1.18 = 100 If contractor is quoting Rs. 2,40,000/- againts Rs.3,00,000 i.e. 20 % below it means Rs. 80.00 (ex GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 118.00 (as per DSR-2018)

SH-III: Replacement of following Electrical items complete as required at site.

3 pin Plug top 6 Amp, 230 V AC

SH-III: Replacement of faulty desert cooler pump of ISI marked suitable for 220 volt AC.

SH-III: Replacement of faulty HRC fuse link of following rating, 80 KA breaking capacity 415 V suitable for existing panels :

6 Amp. (HF type)

10 Amp. (HF type)

SH-III: Replacement of damaged cooler pads with suitable for standard size desert cooler pads as installed at site.

SH-III: Replacement of following faulty digital measuring meters with accuracy operated on 5 Amp. CT secondary :

SH-III: Frequency meter 1-Phase (Digital), 4 digit with range 30-99.99 Hz with built in transducer, size 96 x 96 mm, accuracy Class-0.2

SH-III: Replacement of Silica gel for breather for 500 KVA Transformer.

SH-IV: Re-painting of L.T. panels, chequered plate, electrical installations etc. with approved quality enamel paint of required colour in one or more coat with spray gun i/c scrapping & cleaning the surface complete as per site requirement and direction of E-I-C.

SH-IV Re-painting of street light poles of height upto 12 mtr. i/c loop in loop out box with 2 coat of approved quality synthetic enamel silver paint i/c scraping, applying primer paint, foundation painting, cleaning & numbering the poles complete etc. as reqd.

SH-IV Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and `E' class insulation material, repairing the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangment for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). (The dismantled material will be taken by the contractor).

SH-IV Complete servicing of following rating & makes of H.T. oil circuit breaker and connected accessories/switching controls at site by the authorised service centre/reputed agency including replacements of defective parts with departmentally supplied sapare parts and performance testing after servicing & testing and making proper connection of control wiring. Comissioning of the H.T. OCB complete and submission of service reports in triplicate etc as reqd.

a) 400 Amp 11 KV OCB Crompton & Greaves make

SH-IV Dehydration / centrifuging of transformer oil of 500 KVA kirloskar make and checking its di-electric strength before and after the test inclusive of submission of test report for physical and electrical properties before and after the test as per relevant IS standards as at site up to the satisfaction of EIC.

SH-IV Complete servicing of Air Circuit Breaker of L&T make or equivalent make installed in LT panel of rating 800 Amp. To 1600 Amp. by authorised dealer and submission of service reports in triplicate etc as reqd.

SH-IV Calibaration of relays installed at ARSR bijwasan by the authorised service centre/reputed agency complete as required and submission of service reports in triplicate etc as reqd.

SH-IV Dehydration / centrifuging of Oil Circuit Breaker (400 Amp 11 KV OCB) and checking its di-electric strength before and after the test inclusive of submission of test report for physical and electrical properties before and after the test as per relevant IS standards as at site up to the satisfaction of EIC.
