Complete rewinding to 10 HP, 3 phase Submersible motor by way of dismantling completely which includes extraction of PVC damaged coils from the stator, cleaning of slots and then re winding again with new PVC Cu conductor as per same and gauge. (4.5 Kgs). The includes re assembling of motor again following other necessary replacements like Racer ratchet / thrust bearing and bushes and carrying out testing on no load at workshop and testing at full load at site. The job includes all kinds of carriages to & from.
P/F of Racer retched/ thrust bearing of reputed make to replace damaged one. The Job includes carrying out minor machining for proper fit met of thrust bearing.
P/F of upper and lower ushes to replace damaged ones. The job includes using of lathe / other machinery required to fabricate the bushes as per sample / dimensions.
