Following testing shall be done on power transformers to investigate the health of transformers and to ascertain. Detailed report of RLA/CA shall be submitted. This testing shall include following tests. 1.Capacitance & Tan Delta Test on Transformers. 2.Capacitance & Tan Delta Tests on Bushings 3.Sweep Frequency Response Analysis. 4.Estimation of moisture content in the insulation by recovery voltage measurement (RVM) or Dielectric spectroscopy. 5.Electric strength (BDV). 6.DC Winding Resistance Measurement. 7.Short circuit impedance measurement. 8.Measurement of Magnetizing Current. 9.Measurement of IR & PI Values. 10.Transformer Turns Ratio Measurement. 11.Step Voltage Test. 12.Detection of Oil Leakages in the System. 13.Detection of Blockages in the Cooling Circuit (By Thermo Vision).
Tests on Oil samples as per follows (as per IS-1866-2017): 1.DGA. 2.Furan Analysis. 3.Sp. Resistance. 4.Tan Delta. 5.Water Content. 6.Acidity. 7.Interfacial tension. 8.Sediment & sludge analysis. 9.Electric strength. 10.Flash point.
Fixed Charges including transportation (kit and testing engineers), insurance and travel expenses etc.
