The details of specifications for the Construction of synthetic Badminton Court are as under:- a. Material and labor for Asphalt Base: - (880 Sqft.) (i) Excavation of ground up to depth of 6” or down to a firm load bearing strata. Removing of weeds and grass including its roots. Adequate drainage system for drainage of water is required to be catered to avoid water stagnation or pooling of water on the court. (ii) Laying WBM (Hard stone) soling course. (iii) Laying of Asphalt BM in 80/100 Grade Bitumen for 30mm thickness in 19 mm stone aggregate. (iv) Laying of Asphalt BM in 80/100 Grade Bitumen for 25mm thickness in 6-8 mm stone aggregate. (v) Providing storm water Drains (6”-9 wide open saucer drain 44 Sqft). (vi) Spray of Weed Control Chemical. (vii) Provision of Toe wall on all four sides B) Synthetic all weather acrylic surface (8-Layer):- (880 sqft) i) 1 Layer of filter/Resurface. ii) 2 Layers of Heavy Cushion iii) 3 Layers of fine cushion iv) 2 Layers of colour v) Court line marking vi) Area: 880 Sqft C) Badminton Court Accessories:- (1Set) i) Movable Badminton Pole with Antenna: Badminton pole are MS steel 75mm red and white marking and synthetic tape for tightening in net . ii) Net. Net made of heavy synthetic cord with synthetic tape on all four sides. D. Floodlights: i) Four poles 20 ft high from ground level MS medium pipe electric poles excluding square frame for lights ii) .Square frame of MS pipe installed on top of the poles. Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

16.54.2 50mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30@ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to depth of 60 cm including Removal and staking of serviceable materials and then disposing of by 50 mtr and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water(excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 10 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Mixing earth and sludge, dung manure in proportion specified or directed( 75 cum dung manure will be providing by departmently).

Spreading of manure and good earth in required thickness (Cost of sludge, dung manure or/and good earth to be paid separately).

Rough dressing to the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including breaking clods.
