Loading from Divisional stores ,transportation to site ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 9 Mtr long (410-SP-33) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).(Poles Shall be provided by the Deptt.)

Loading from Divisional store transportation to site , Laying, testing and commissioning and stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor (Rabbit) on cross arms through insulators including binding and twisting with soft aluminium wire both side of insulator complete in all respects (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).(Conductor Shall be provided by the Deptt.)

Providing and fixing of V -Shaped GI Cross Arms (75X40X6 mm) with top Bracket including Clamps and GI Nuts and Bolts.

Providing and fixing of GI Channel Cross Arms (75X40X6 mm) for H frames including Clamps, and GI Nuts and Bolts.

Providing and fixing of G.I Angle Iron (50X50X6 mm) for bracing of H frames including Clamps, and GI Nuts and Bolts.

Providing, transportation and fixing of 11 KV Polymeric composit Pin insulator 12 kV ,5kN, lighting impulse 75 kV positive and 80 kV negative , creepage distance 320 mm.

Providing, transportation and fixing of 11 KV Polymeric composit disc insulator 12 kV ,5kN, lighting impulse 75 kV positive and 80 kV negative , creepage distance 320 mm.

Providing and Fixing of Galvanised Stay Set with 50x8mm stay clamp, guy insulator(2Nos.), anchor plate (200x 200 x 6 mm), nut-bolts, 2 Nos turn-buckles, 1.8m long, 16 mm diameter solid GS stay rod & 7/3.15 mm dia GI stranded wire complete

Providing and fixing of HT pole Earthing Complete by GI pipe 40mm of GI rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-Oxide and Two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint)

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.5 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level plaster and curing for 9 Mtr ST poles respectively (the leftover pit after concreting to be filled with soil and boulders).
