Supply and fixing of 63A FP MCB in sheet steel enclosure in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection. [The MCB and metal enclosure should be with Legrand / Hager make]. (DATA-1)

Supply and clamping of 4 x 6 sq.mm. PVC armoured Copper LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS clamps. (SD-218)

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 4x 6 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable, with earth connection. (SD-159)

Supply and fixing of 400A capacity dust and vermin proof cubic panel board with change over switches and interlocking arrangements of size (6ft x 6.5ft x 1.5 ft) CRCA sheet for outer body and stiffness and doors, switches supports respectively and with supply and fixing of the following interior mounting switches with centre busbar chamber and vertical covers on both side of the busbar chamber at the extreme ends side and confirming to I.S Specification. All the main switches should be L&T / Siemens make only.125A switch should be connected with 1" x 1/8", 63A switches should be connected with No.8 SWg Cu. The switch should be separated from the bus by 6mm thick hylum sheet separators, and properly earthed by tinned solid copper flat as per I.E rules CEIG specifications. The panel should be painted with two coats of high quality enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, the cable size, capacity of switch, location etc., should be marked with white paint and 2 Nos, metallic danger board affixed complete with mounting on base channel supports. Supply, fabrication and erection 400A capacity dust and vermin proof cubical type LTCT metering panel board of size 3ft x 1 ft x 4ft made of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel for outer body with doors with separations and with angle iron support comprising of three compartments accommodating 3 phase energy meter with base plate & view glass arrangements, bus bar arrangements with 2" x 1/4" insulated tinned Copper bus bar for 3phases & neutral and 1" x 1/8" insulated tinned Copper bus bar for earth bus all around the panel with 3nos 400A/5A CTs of reputed make with sealing arrangements as per TANGEDCO norms and 3nos 400A (500V) fuse units and MS cable entry box. The panel should be painted with two high quality enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and superscriptions with white paint and with metallic danger board affixed with 19/16 PVC insulated Cu wire interconnection from meter to fuse unit complete as per EB specifications and CEA regulations. Supply, fixing and erection of GI perforated type cable rack system made out of Hot dipped Galvazined cable tray 300 x 50 x2mm with adequate number of support on wall / ceiling. (SR)

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry. (SD-221)

Supply and run of 25mm x 3mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps/ supports on wall/ floor/ground for earth connection. (SD-76)

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
