Operation and Maintenance of cranes, forklift, inspection vehicles, heavy vehicles, other machinery and other miscellaneous works at ALHW Complex in Dry Dock for the period of one year (2024-25).

Operation and routine maintenance, repairs and operation of Heavy/ medium equipments/machineries like Cranes, Forklift, Inspection vehicles, transport vehicles and other machineries such as welding machines, Air Compressor, Auto electrical works, etc., and attending all the miscelleneous works like bunkering of HSD Oil, Engine Oil, cleaning, greasing etc., periodically by engaging crane operators, drivers, mechanics on all working days as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, including GST, Labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Crane Operator (Highly Skilled Mazdoor) 02 nos./day

Drivers/Forklift operator (Skilled Mazdoor) 04 nos./day

Skilled Mechanic (Skilled Mazdoor) 04 Nos./day

Drivers (Skilled Mazdoor- Hour basis)

Attending micellaneous works such as documenmtation works, attending data entry operation, clerical works and other works as entrusted in the office of the AE(M-II), Dry Dock, DCE (Mech) drawing Branch, Account Section and establishment section of ALHW Port Blair as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour Welfare Cess, etc., complete.

Data Entry Operator (Skilled mazdoor) - 01 No./day at Dry Dock, 01 No/day at Drawing branch, 01 no /day at Establishment section and 01 No. / day at Account Section)

Attending micellaneous works such as keeping vigil on the scattered materials in and around the Workshop area, helping hands for the operation of machineries, minor breakdown repairs etc., sweeping the surface and surrounding area, collection of debris and accumulating, dumping in the dustbin, toilet cleaning, cleaning the water tanks, drains, inspection chamber and other miscellaneous works, as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour Welfare Cess, etc., complete.
