Excavation of trenches in soft/disintegrated rock, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc and getting out in complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock/road complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exe 63 mm deposited, spread, levelled in layers n. exe 15 cm thick, watered rammed to a true surface using broken bricks.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block(Type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate ) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soft/disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in CM 1:6 without using extra cement.

Material and labour for 40mm thick damp proof course in plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork and concrete mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
