Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of the brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing New/Undecorated Plastered Surfaces of Walls, applying a coat of suitable cement primer followed by a Coat of 1.50 mm thick Wall Putty (in two layers of 1mm thick) including rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a smooth finish surface and finishing with Two Coats of Acrylic/Oil Bound Distemper (as approved) as per desired shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete as per manufacturer instruction and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and finished with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, up to 4 storey height incl necessary scaffolding, safety & protective gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 finished even over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of the brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of Walls and applying two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of suitable exterior Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old Distempered surfaces of Walls/cement boards including filling the existing Nails/Screw Holes, etc with putty and making surfaces smooth and applying One Coat of Acrylic Distemper / Oil Bound Distemper (of approved tint) with rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered / concrete surfaces on external surfaces of buildings by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down, removing all algae, lichen, fungi or any organic growth, washing and cleaning the surface by sweeping, allowing to dry and then remove all loose dirt & dust particles, cleaning and filling of cracks with suitable putty or cement paste/mortar, allowing to dry and applying One Coat of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint (in camouflage pattern) up to 4 storey height incl necessary scaffolding, safety & protective gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thorough surface preparation and complete removal of all loose, deteriorated and foreign matter from existing treated/painted steel roofing sheets or wall cladding (corrugated or plain), including scraping down old flaking paint and coatings, brooming and steel wire brushing to remove dust, smoke soot, moulds, moss, algae, rust scales and efflorescent salts, and cleaning of oil and greasy deposits with approved degreasing agents, over surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth; to achieve a sound, clean and dry surface; followed by application of two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern, including application of approved metal primer on all exposed bare steel surfaces, up to 4 storey height including all scaffolding, staging, safety and protective measures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer), laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar incl stacking properly as site for reuse of removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with Fly-Ash bricks (Old Size) as in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 as in drains, traverses, and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Brickwork, (using serviceable bricks obtained from Item No 12 here in before), with brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in built in cement mortar 1:4 as in drains, traverses, and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, etc incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of accumulated silt/soil (depth of silt/soil not exceeding 50 cm), along with grass, bushes and other vegetation, if any, from the beds of open drains (overall depth of drain up to 1.5 m), where the girth of drain bed does not exceed 1.50 m, including getting out and removal of excavated material from the sides of the drain to a lead exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Only the actual depth of accumulated silt/soil shall be measured for payment. The rate shall be deemed to include removal of grass, shrubs and other vegetation from the drain, and no extra depth or payment shall be allowed on account of the height or thickness of vegetation removed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.
