Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for cables 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying factory made unreinforced Precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat, Size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Cost of Al thimbles for connection of LT XLPE Cable with MCCB DB VTPN is included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Cost of Al thimbles for connection of LT XLPE Cable with MCCB DB VTPN is included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of Al thimbles for connection of LT XLPE Cable with MCCB DB VTPN is included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy dutyelectric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring with two single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH ,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit 25 mm dia including 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 1:- 2 Runs of 6.00 Sqmm Copper conductor cable, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 6.00 Sqmm Copper conductor Earth wire shall be measured as one unit) Note 2 : Rate quoted for this items shall be inclusive of the cost of (i) Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. (ii) Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces, cutting not exc. 10 cm girth . (iii) Taking out/down existing unserviceable sub main wiring. (iv) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP up to 6-32 Amp all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 6-32 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 8 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The DB shall be fiush fixed and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 4 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The DB shall be fiush fixed and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.

Supply and fix epoxy power coated MCCB distribution box double door VTPN 4 way vertical type AC 415 V with IP 43 protection for MCBs alongwith provision of MCCB as incomer with commen bus-bar at incoming end of outgoing MCBs grouted/ flush to wall, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- MCCB will be measured and paid under seperate item) (i) Cost of Eye/bottle thimbles used for connection MCBs in DBs shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for this items, (ii) Electric wiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth. (iii) connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped. all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 A, 25 KA for fixing in DB including proper thimble connection, thermal and magnetic release protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 A, 16 KA for fixing in DB including proper thimble connection, thermal and magnetic release protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of Sheet metal enclosure DB TPN 4 ways double door 415 volts with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link flush mounting type, drilling holes for incoming and out going cables complete with IP-43 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F in replacement of MCB, TRIPLE pole & neutral (TPN) 10 KA 240 volts 63 Amp capacity fixing in DB’s complete all as specified and directed. (Note: MCB should be B or C curve as directed by engineer in charge)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40*40*6mm. and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I

Cutting of hardstanding floor/wall for laying of cable including matching with suface by using cement concrete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary concrete work to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench-less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine suitable to pass through 40 to 80 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix DB box MCB protected socket PVC plastic base having MCB of suitable rating 20 amp C series complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

NOTE:-To fix the meter box required disconnecting and refixing of connections to be included in quoted rate.
