PROVIDING WORK SERVICES FOR ELECTRIC SUPPLY AT ADMC PHASE I MANDLEY LINE OLD TB III OLD III HOCKEY GROUND CHOUDHARY LINE NEW TB III AND RC LINE SUB STATIONS LIFTS AT ADMC PHASE I AND ADMC PHASE II AND AC PLANT AT ADMC PHASE I UNDER GE NORTH BA

Providing work services for 11KV/433 volts sub station consisting of transformers, DG sets with connected switch gears and related HT/LT switch gears, distribution systems, UG cables/devices fixed in the installations and maintenance of service cells etc., on all days including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for area covered under the following installations:- (a) ADMC Ph-I, ADMC Ph-II, Mandley line, Old TB-III and Old TB-III Hockey Ground and Choudhary line sub stations with one electrician skilled per shift (8 hrs) for 2 Shifts per day.

(b) NEW TB-III, RC Line sub stations and CSS Map Ph-II with one electrician skilled per shift (8 hrs) for 2 Shifts per day.

Providing work services for operation of central type A/C Plant on all days including sundays and holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for area covered under following installations :- a) Central AC Plant AT ADMC Ph-I (360 TR Working and 120 TR Stand by) with one Ref Mech skilled per shift for 2 shifts per day.

Providing work services for opearation of passenger lifts on all days including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for area covered under the following installations:- (a) ADMC Ph-I -2 Lift & Choudhary Line - 03 Lift, one lift operator per shift (8 hrs) for 3 shifts per day.

(b) ADMC Ph-II -2 Lift, one lift operator per shift (8 hrs) for 2 shifts per day. NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 1.01 to 1.05 :- The Rate quoted is deemed to be included for following:- (i) The contractor shall supply two sets of uniform with name plate and one set of safety foot wear which consists of safety shoes with socks to each person. (ii) The Contractor shall provide electric tool kit (for each electrician), ladder, HT/ LT megger, torch light, rain coat, safety belt, earth discharge rod, HT hand gloves, spanner set, align key, thermo meter and cyclo meter (iii) The contractor shall responsible for cleaning of the Installations,cooling tower, AHU ,cleaning of lifts, car motor, control room and surrounding areas. (iv) At the time of Inspection /VIP visit, The Contractor should be present at Installation. (v) Maintenance of earth register are the responsibility of contractor.
