Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of earth including their intermidate classification such as Pick work,jumper work.Blasting work,soft rock including chieling/welding cut of rock where blasting is prohibited,soft rock or hard rock,including bailing/pumping out water wherever possible/required by the Engineer -in-Charge from the edge of excavtion & then returncked soil in 15cm. layers,when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layerby ramming & watering & then deposing of all surplus excavted earth in all leads & lifts including to the dumping site as will be decided by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of column etcetra . and mass concrete complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: Four sand :Eight graded cursed/broken stone aggregate 40mm) (forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement into one point five sand into three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge in Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA Tiscon/SAIL/Rashtria Ispat incluiding cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels in all heights including carriage of materials through all modes of transportations with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing angle iron doors frames (single Rebate) manufectured from MS angle section of 35x35x4mm and MS Flat 50x5mm as perdesign and Drawing including Jambs, LockJambs beeds if required angls threshold of MS angle 50x5mm welded or ridigly fixed by mechinical means lugs with spilt endstails to each Jambs including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thickwith a provision of locking arrangements and shockabsorvres as specified and a applying coat of approved steel primer after per- Treatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
