Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening herever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc.,including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position andapplying priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 m height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement: 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 White cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade and curing complete : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately):30mm thick

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying chisel dressed Devri Stone of size 300x200 mm face with 150 mm depth in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing. One face dressed. Fine chisel dressed

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood(30mm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc complete.100x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. handles conforming to IS : 4992 with necessary screws etc. complete :100 mm

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer ofapproved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including cost of loading unloading and stacking complete. Sand avg 15 kms
