M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of walls etc brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efforescent salts trading oils etc & greasy spots including concrete plasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered or unplastered surface of walls etc brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efforescent salts trading oils etc & greasy spots including concrete plasters etc and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper on wall surface over one coat of chalk whiting on plaster surface, preparatory to distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of walls etc brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efforescent salts trading oils etc & greasy spots including concrete plasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered surface of walls etc brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efforescent salts trading oils etc & greasy spots including concrete plasters etc and applying 2mm thick wall care putty making the surface smooth and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper on wall surface over one coat of chalk whiting on plaster surface, preparatory to distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl prepering old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of varnish on wooden surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick/concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.
