S & Fixing in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white ( excluding fixing bolts ,flushing cistern and flush pipe),integral floor rests ( excluding flushing cistern ) pedestal pan and trap ,including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to fushing pipe ,antisyphonage pipe etc, complete all as specified and directed.Make :- Hindware / Cera / Parryware as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc and lime concrete bedding complete all as specified in SSR and including S&F trap set complete all as specified and directed.Make :- Hindware / Cera / Parryware as approved by GE.

M&L for cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good in CM (1:3), cutting not exc 10 CM girth in brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and remove to store capacity exc 250 ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE triple layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access cover etc including GI nipple of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex/ Dhara/Tuff/ JS Polyplast as approved by GE(I).

Dismantling water tanks and remove to store capacity exc 500 ltrs and n exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and clearing rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE(I).

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE(I).

S&F in repair sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 485mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Nirali/Blue star/Prayag/Neelkanth as approved by GE

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.Note: Nirali/Blue star/Prayag/Neelkanth as approved by GE

Taking down existing sunken portion treatment by demolition of old concrete(includign demolition) and carry out the sunken treatment as in following steps given below and procedure as per Appendix 'A' of Particular specifications : .

(a) S&F drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long)

(b) M&L PCC 1:1.5:3 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg), 50 mm thick laid in slope towards drainage out spout pipe mixed with waterproofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions of MAKE :FOSROC/SICA/ Pidilite/STP/ASIAN PAINTS. Khurra 150mmx150mm (min) at appropriate location for free flow (of leaked water if any) towards drainage spouts shall be provided integrally while laying PCC.Fixing of spout shall be done with same PCC as in this item.

(c) M&L15 mm thick cement platster in CM 1:3 on vertical faces mixed with water proofing chemical of MAKE :301 Pidicrete URP of Dr Fixit or other techno commercially Equivalent make of SIKA/ Pidilite/FOSROC/STP/ASIAN PAINTS

(d) Item no (c) shall be executed while concrete is green as per item no 66(b) above and proper curing and ponding test shall be done before laying drainage/water supply pipes upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

(e) Applying two coats of SIKA TOP seal 107 of SIKA or other techno commercially Equivalent make of FOSROC /Pidilite/Dr Fixit/STP/ASIAN PAINTS on vertical as well as horizontal surface.

(f) Drainage and water supply pipe if required & test for leakage/sanitary pipes and shall be laid to slope and a clear gap underneath the pipes shall be made available by providing suitable cement concrete blocks.

(g) M&L PCC1:5:10 type E-2 using 10-40mm down graded stone aggregate as reqd depth at site over and including 150mm thick 20mm single sized stone agg to provide a filter media .

(h) M&L PCC 25 mm thick 1:2:4 typeB0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as level course.

(j) M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured printed tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed filled with epoxy chemical make: SIKA/FOSROC/PIDILITE/ Dr Fixit/STP/ASIAN PAINTS.mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ).

Note for item NO 66 (i) Waterproofing Treatment shall be undertaken alongwith laying of drainage pipes/Sanitary pipes/ Drainage Spout etc (ii) The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. (iii) The sunken treatment work shall only be carried out after written approval of Engineer in charge for Leakage/seepage of water/sanitary pipes. (iv) Cost of drainage spout shall deemed to be included in the item however sanitary pipe, water pipe line if required shall be paid separately under respective item. (v) Laying of Chemical required for varios applications shall be as per manufacturer instructions. (vi) Plan area shall only be measured and paid. (vii) The contractor shall give a guarantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for sunken treatment. The amount Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty five Only) per Sqm and min of Rs 2500/- for sunken treatment shall be withheld from contractor’s final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE (I) Kanpur.
