Supply of Unitary Air Conditioner (Window AC) (1.5 Ton)

The tenderer should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 20% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date or current FY upto date of tender opening to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant Financial year. In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of Principal authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal.

The Authorized dealer/agent of the approved vendors/OEM must upload tender specific authorization in proper format [preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached], failing by which their offer will be summarily rejected.

Similar item means performance related to any type of Unitary Air Conditioning (Windows AC) machine or Split AC with different capacity.

Preference to Make in India Policy: Procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at it's own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class I local supplier for this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying/ eligibility criteria/conditions.

Firm has to submit valid BIS License of OEM for IS:1391 (part-1) 2023 along with their bid failing which offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

Firm to submit BEE certificate of their offered model along with bid, failing which offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

Bidder to submit Type test certificate of offered make & model no. from NABL accredited lab along with the offer otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

FIRM SHOULD QUOTE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE PRODUCTS WHICH THEY HAVE OFFERED. FIRM HAS TO ATTACH THE TECHNICAL CATALOGUE OF THEIR OFFERED PRODUCT.

The evaluation of total unit rate (TUR) for the purpose of inter-se position will be on Total Unit Rate for deliveries up to destination.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
