S&F Factory Made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 65x 125 mm of double rebates comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 50-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers( wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives ( max toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face & 1100 N Edge), min compressive strength of 58N/sqmm and resistance to flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed with MS Holdfast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: For WPC solid door/windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil decorative type of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineering- Charge. M&L for Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY-MADE WIRE MESH SOLID WPC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of Density 650 Kg /cum Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company, Door to be panelled with SS mosquito Mesh and XTN aluminium Mesh for additional strength and safety purpose. (Confirming as per IS:4020). The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil decorated type of minimum 14 micron thick of approved design pested with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter. Door to be fixed to frame with 3 nos. SS butt hinges and steel screws drilled suitable to pass through Other hardware should be fixed with 19*6mm size steel screws etc.as per manufacturer's specification & drawings complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge. S&F 35mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side with teak wood lipping on edges of shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick glazed and skelton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc( without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, fixed to chowkats, sizes of members of shutters complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wire mesh and builders hardware shall be measured and paid seperately.
