M & L for Service/Repair for the automation water supply system installed at Master Monitoring & operating master panel via 1 No micro processor based Remote Terminal Unit Panel for 1 Nos UG Sump , 3 Nos Booster & 1 No Submersible Pump Set , 24 nos Tank monitoring slave panel installed at TEJAS PH. The Scope of work includes carrying out complete repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. RTU(REMOTE TERMINAL UNIT) based Master Monitoring and Annunciating control panel 01 No.(with all the accessories), motorised valves ., pressure Transmitter, Level sensors, Level Switches, Remote communication panels, Gateway, Wireless Hotspot Netwrok (with all its accessories), personal computer, UPS, LED Graphic Display, SCADA software for Automation system and generate backup of SCADA Database - 01 No replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any and preparing the records/register complete for the following places complete all as specified and directed. (i) The Data transmission shall be Wireless transmission/receiver unit modem using WI-FI devices/GSM Net work/RF based network/wireless media with coverage of 1.5 KM LOS with no recurring charges/rental charges/maintenance charges of media for SCADA Remote monitoring & operation of complete water supply. (ii) With automatic controlling of pump set start/stop condition via micro processor based multi step timer. (iii) The Main Master pump set controlling panel shall be micro processor controlled and NON PLC based & shall to raise alarm/messages, alert to specified mobile No in case of any failure in automation system. (iv) With UG Sump water level indication 0% to 100%. (v) Single/Reverse phasing,Over/Under Voltage (OV/UV), Unbalance voltage (UBV) ,Short circuit (SC),Over Load (OL) & pump set dry running protection & alarming through messages to specified mobile no. (vi) With pump set sequencer for 2Nos booster pump set . Note: Panel Inspection by agency RITES/TUV/BVQI before supply and report to be submitted before installation.

Supply and fixing Butterfly Valves of 150 mm line size along with Motorized actuator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Butterfly Valves of 50 mm line size along with Motorized Actuator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing display for water level monitoring of OHT in ratio from 25%,50%,75% & 100% for OHT along with Mimic Graphic coloured display screen of Size 12”/12” for water level of OHT Tanklevel monitoring complete all as specified and directed.
