Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from chowkat) exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling timber in scantling 40 sqcm and over in section framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock)) glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR- 2009 Part-I Section 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm including white marble border line 75mm wide, as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 over and including 75mm thick PCC M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement street light Bracket of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade of length 1.80m and fixed with clamps made out of 25 X 4 mm with nuts and bolts, complete all as specifed & directed.

Cutting into existing road in required width in any condition for laying cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing using PCC M-15, type B-I with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including removing surplus material to a distance not exc 50 metres from starting point, complete and as directed.

Renewal of MCB 100 Amps, TPN, 50HZ, 415 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge/GE. Makes as mentioned in Appendix 'C'.
