Housing made of die cast aluminium with silver/grey powder coated, diffuser should be clear heat resistance toughened glass and IK08 with IP66 protection, system efficiency should be >120 LM/W, system having 5KVA surge, operating voltage range of 120V - 270 V AC and frequency 50 HZ, power factor, 0.95,THD < 10%, LED chip should be high power and each LED should be > 2Watts, each LED with induvidual lens, LED life 50000 burning hours as per L70, CCT Range 5000K-6000K, CRI>70 and make of LED CREE/ OSRAM/NICHIA, LM 79 tested and driver should be potted type Constant current LED driver with 4KV Inbuilt Surge, Driver Efficiency >85%, driver having high voltage, short circuit protection and driver should be with BIS certified with R number. The fixture shall be conforming to latest indian standards or international standards. LEDs comply to the photo biological safety standards as per IEC62471 and RoHS. complete Complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officials.

Supply, delivery and erection of 10 metre height Hot Dip Galvanized Octogonal Poles with 150 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 240 x 240 x 16 mm along with 1000 mm long Double/Single arm braket made up of 40 NB GI Pipe, Backeite sheet connectors for fixing of street light fittings including 4 Numbers of M20 mm dia. MS " J "bolts of size 750 mm long top - EN8 grade foundation bolts along with Template for the above poles & Terminals suitable for the same etc., complete. Single collar poleand as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supply , installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type external CCMS panel for monitoring and controlling a group of minimum 30 lights from web application itself with two incommers for loop in and loop out topology, GPRS, Timer, Energy measurement systems and switching controllers 12KVA rated to feed a minimum of 30 luminaires for group control of luminaire complete complying with standard specifications.
