REPAIR / PAINTING / POLISHING / RECANNING OF STEEL AND WOODEN FURNITURE AT NCC OTA, 52 ASC, 414 ASC (TA) UNDER GE KAMPTEE.

GI PIPE CHARPOY NEWAR INTO GI PIPE PLYTOP :- FD-220(M), 227

Removing of old unserviceable plytop / newar from GI charpoy and supply & fixing two Nos stiffners made out of MS square pipe size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm conforming to IS-2062 of 1999 Grade 'A' (weight of pipe not less than 1.06 kg/mtr). The stiffners shall be welded to the frame of the GI charpoy at equal distance joining the long rail such that they lie parallel to short rails and perpendicular to the long rail. The stiffners shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable plywood from charpoy plytop and welding of old broken stiffners pipe and re-fixing plywood in charpoy complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable long rails having both threaded broken end and supply & fixing new long rail made out of GI tubing 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked including making threaded both ends and fixing as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable short rails of GI charpoy having both threaded broken ends and supply & fixing new short rails of GI charpoy obtained from Srl Item No 7(c) above, including making threads at the both ends and fixing as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg and supply & fixing new leg made out of short rail of GI charpoy obtanied from Srl item No. 7 (d) above, including welding of MS plate at the bottom of leg and making thread other end & fixing in position complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing of old unserviceable GI elbow three way and supply & fixing of new GI elbow three way size 32mm bore with new ISI mark (weight not less than 420 gms each and re-assembling of GI Charpoy after replacement of broken elbow complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable check nuts from long rail of GI charpoy and supply & fixing of new check nut of 32mm bore and 10mm wall thick, (Wt not less than gms each) ISI marked and fixing in the same in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing new 12mm thick plywood in repairs ISI marked BWR Grade of approximate size 1980mm x 1050mm conforming to IS-303/1989 on top of GI pipe charpoy fixing with 10 Nos new nut, bolt and washer of suitable size after re-tightining of all joints of charpoy all as specified and directed. (Note:- Each corner of plywood should be round shaped).

Material and labour for re-painting of mentioned below steel furnituire as per the following steps:- (a) Denting of bent surfaces with the help of hammer in best workmanship manner. (b) Removing old paint by scrubbing with sand paper 150 No thoroughly. (c) Applying one coat of metal primer. (Make Asian/Nerolac/Delux). (d) Applying metal putty to even surface.wait period 2-3 hours to be given for putty to set and dry completely. scrub off the excess putty with 150 No and paper and spraying little amount of water simultaneously. (e) Wipe the surface with solt dry cloth and apply one coat of enamel paint of light shade as approved by GE.
