REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL WIRING LIGHT FITTING/FIXTURE AT OTM ACCN ASC (SOUTH), TB-IV, PCTC, D/OFFICER MESS, ASC RECORDS AND OTHER CONNECTED AREA UNDER GE (CENTRAL) BANGALORE

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring(light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface conduit point wiring for one light /fan / bell point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including new heavy grade PVC rigid conduits 20mm or higher dia as reqd at site, fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated in & including suplly & fix new PVC board closed recessed, fixed on wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Location of light points, socket points and light fittings may be decided by Engr-in-charge as per site/user requirment.

All same as per item No 2 here-in-above but for One 3 pin socket point 5 Amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 2 here-in-above but for One 3 pin socket point 5 Amp on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 4 sqmm ( Nominal area ) cable with 4 Sqmm size copper earth continuity conductor for 3 pin 15 A socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point Wiring for One light / fan / bell controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts Grade Stranded Copper Conductor Cable (Red Colour Cable for Phase and Black Colour Cable for Neutral), laid in and including PVC Casing and Capping with Accessories (size of Casing and Capping as required at Site) fixed on surface of walls/ceiling including suplly & fix new PVC board closed recessed, fixed on wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover including 1.50 Sqmm PVC ins-ulated Stranded Copper Conductor Cable (Green Colour) as Earth Continuity Conductor and connected to Common Earth Dolly or as directed and all accessories including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed. M&L for Point wiring for one light /fan / bell point controlled by one modular switch 6 Amps one way with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including new heavy grade PVC rigid conduits 20mm or higher dia as reqd at site, totally concealed in walls / floors / ceiling etc by cutting/chases in wall/ceiling and fixed by means of saddles and clips etc; including all conduit accessories / fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc; of heavy grade, ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes factory made 16 SWG pressed steel housing, totally concealed in walls with modular cover plates with frames fixing modular switches, sockets, regualtors etc of suitable size modules including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all complete all as specified and directed.
