REPAIR/ MAINT OF 11 KV HT NETWORK, HT VCBS, RMUS, DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND ALLIED WORKS IN X AREA AT AF STATION GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO. 1

Taking out the HT 11 KV metalclad Vacuum circuit breaker of capacity 630A/1250 A, 11000 volts,3 ph, 50 Hz, any capacity, any make and any type from the cubical panel, for repairs/ overhauling and servicing including replacement of wornout parts comprising the following works. (a) Removing the complete fixed contacts, moving contacts, cleaninig the contacts, removing the fittings and fixing back to the breakers after adjusting the pressure. (b) Checking charging motor, motor relay, anti pump relay of the breaker, lubricate and align properly for smooth and perfect operation. (c) Check and service the operating mechanism closing mechanism, and tripping mechanism including spring pressure, position etc.The labour charges are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate for this item. Note : (i) Servicing shall be performed by authorised service personnel of OEM i.e M/s CG/ABB/Schneider/Siemens (ii) Servicing certficate shall be provided to engineer-in-charge. (iii) Replacement of minor spares like Push button lever, Green push button, red push buttons and shaft for operating handles etc. are inclusive of rate quoted by tenderer. (iv) Measurment of resistance value, tools , labour, petroleum jelly are incl in this quoted rates. (v) Part will be replaced under relevent items Note:- New parts shall be measured paid seperately except heater of VCB under relevant items of this schedule. This item includes heater of VCB.

Material and labour for Calibration of VCBs relay by injecting high voltage through CTs checking the over load system of VCB upto 90% rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15% of rated load removing unseviceable overload and earth fault relay including connections with power pack, opening out the trolley, checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil includng energizing of automatically, checking of TNC switch including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Calibration to be carried out by authorised person and test certificate shall be furnished.

Supply and Fix in replacement of shunt closing release coil 24 V /110 V DC /AC suitable for 12 kV 1250 A 31.5 kA suitable model for CG/ABB/Schneider/Seimens breaker complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of unsv strip heaters 80 watt from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Geared motor for closing spring (EL) 220-250 V AC/DC suitable for 12 kV 1250 A 31.5 kA suitable model for CG/ABB/Schneider/Seimens breaker complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix in replacement of unsv limit switch for spring charging motor for suitable model of CG/ABB/Schneider/Seimens HT panel of 11 KV substations complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of tripping coil 24/110 V DC Suitable for 12 kV 1250 A 31.5 kA suitable model for CG/ABB/Schneider/Seimens breaker complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of racking mechanism to restrict unecessary blocking of trolley arrangement suitable model for CG/ABB/Schneider/Seimens breaker complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of unsv housing of pole assembly for CG/ABB/Schneider/Seimens suitable model breaker from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of combined over current and earth fault relay incl fixing in HT panels at 11 KV sub stations with connections complete as per diagram from OEM all as specified and directed.
