Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 24cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering , and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.
Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 m wide and n exc 1.50m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in soft/loose Soil, complete all as Specified and as directed.
All as per item No 03 above, but exc 1.50m and not exc 3.0m in depth
Removing excavated materials not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as Specified and as directed.
Returning filling in incl spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose Soil, complete all as Specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cast iron work grade FG 150, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles (weight n exc 5 kg each) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Mild steel framed works such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished Chequered cement concrete tiles (coloured) of size 38cm X 38cm X 25mm thick, M-40 grade, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed with white/coloured cement &pigment to match the surface laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .
M&L for designer cement concrete tiles of size 150 mm X 75 mm X 18-20 mm thick (with rainbow polymer based continuous tiles) M-40 grade, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
