Earth work in excavation in foundation with all leads and lifts including all labour ,t&p articles,safety measures,incidentals,dewatering,removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up toa lead of 50mtr dressing of side and bottom as necessary for the work etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying Filtting foundation and plinth with sand plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23 cum (9) thick includin with cost carriage royality ,conveyance ,royality,taxes of all materials required for the work ,for tehwork complete in all respectas per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/4") size clean hard granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size h.g. c.b. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including ,hosting ,lowering and laying concret in layers not exceeding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming watering and the Engineer-in Charge providing groove & beads where necessary complete in all respects. as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in Charge providing groove & beads where necessary complete in all respects.Plinth Protection

Fitting Vertified tiles in dado skriting and riser of step on 12mm. thick cement plaster(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry etc. including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fitting of Granite tiles in floors treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement concrete ( 1:1 ) joined with neat cement punning etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1: 6) over of brick wall including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and scafolding as required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge .

Removing old grading concrete from roof slab,cleaning the surface,lowering and removing the debris etc.witin 50mt. lead from working area etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge .

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/ NCL VEKA LTD) Casement Door - 60-.
