Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with stone screening at the rate 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre ) type A 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre nominal size ) and binding materials at the rate 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -1 using 90mm to 45mm (Ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre )size stone aggregate compacted thickness 100mm (one hundred millimetre ) by manual means as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg (Zero point eight five kilogram )per square metre using mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 502 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.325 kg(zero point three two five kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm(thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6kg( fourteen point six kilogram)per ten square metre bitumen VG-10(viscosity grade ten) in suitable plant and laying by paver finisher to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508, by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510, using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate 6.8kg ( six point eight kilogram ) premixed with 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre)fine aggregate per 10.00 sqm (ten square metre) laid by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
