Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable ceiling / Exhaust fans/ Wall mounted fan of any make/ model and sweep from different sites in the building for overhauling / servicing after disconnecting carefully cleaning and checking unserviceable components, and replacing the defective components such as bearing, rubber bush/bolt, gunmetal bush, capacitor burnt windings flexible cord, shaft and painting etc., including assembling after lubricating the movable components and installing in its original position connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor / cord flexiable / stator/rotor and painting only will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep of any make/model, including removal of existing burnt windings carefully from the slots,cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enmelled copper winding wire of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coils suitable to operate on 230 volts single-phase AC supply permanent capacitor type, tying the windings and applying air dry insulating varnish and drying the windings including replacing the defective components such as bearing, gun metal bush,rubber bush/bolt, capacitor,flexible cord, shaft and painting including assembling after lubricating movable components complete including testing complete all as specified and directed for :- Note :-(1) Fan will be issued from AGE E/M store yard through gate pass.(2) Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor / cord flexiable / stator/rotor and painting only will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

All as per item no 2 above but exhaust fan of 450/375/300mm sweep of any model/make.

Supply and replacement of down rods upto 30 cm long heavy duty of any size with gudgeon pins complete.

Supply and replacement of fan blade assy suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan (set of three) of any model/make complete.

Supply and replacement of fan blade assy suitable for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan (set of three) of any model/make complete.

Supply and replacement of fan blade assy suitable for 300mm sweep exhaust fan (set of three) of any model/make complete.

Supply and replacement of fan blade assy suitable for 380mm sweep exhaust fan (set of three) of any model/make complete.

M & L for painting of ceiling fan with blades of any make/ model/ sweep of 1200/1400 mm required at any site of married and OTM Accn/E/M store by scrapping/scratching of old paints and apply with two coats of white enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a coat of primer including marking of MES No. All as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 20 above but for Exhaust fan of sweep 230/300/400/450-mm sweep.

Supply and replacement of rubber bush kit suitable for exhaust/wall mounting fan of any make/sweep complete.

Taking down carefully the existing aluminium/copper point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete with switches, sockets,ceiling rose, regulators etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete. Note : (i) Old dismanteled wiring and accessaries will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area)PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor(FRLS-H) with non metalic rigid PVC medium duty conduit in concealed including cutting chases wall/ceiling or existing PVC/Steel conduit all as directed of suitable size with all fitings and accessories including flush type metal boxes or pressed steel terminal box for mounting switches, sockets fan regulators/ dimmers etc including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper multi stranded conductor(FRLS-H) connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified :-

(a) For one light point controlled by one switch

(b) For one bell point controlled by one bell push

(c) For one fan point controlled by one switch

(d) For one three pin switch socket out let 6 amps on independent board complete.

(e) For one three pin switch socket out let 6 amps on same board complete.

Description all as per item No 24 here in before but with cable 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) multi standed copper wire(FRLS-H) unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 16 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper multi stranded conductor connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete.

Taking down existing louvers from any location or any height of bldg. with safety and re-fixed after repair with fastner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unshesthed cable copper conductor(FRLS-H) of size 6.0 sqmm multistranded and one run of 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor(FRLSH) as earth continuty conductor in and including PVC rigid conduit with accessories concealed in wall, cutting of chases in walls, floors, ceilings, beams etc and making good the disturbed surfaces as directed (Two run of single core cable and one run of earthing cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.) M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected to earth lead galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvd iron or steel pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II (if applicable) of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair including periodical services has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

(2) The contractor shall remove all the rubish/waste materials from the site of the work and deposit the same at a place exceeding 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall also clean all joinery, floor, glass panes, fittings and fixtures etc. which may have been affected by the execution of work and will leave the site clean and tidy to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the Contractor for all the relevant items of BOQ shall be deemed to be included of this element.
