Gate Pass/Money Receipt

The Firm must be empanelled with Indian Banks Association (IBA)/Reservebank of India (RBI) and ISO 9001:2008 or latest certified securityprinters for printing of security documents i.e., Drafts, Cheque etc. Firmmust submit valid RBI/IBA approval certificate with their offer otherwise offer will be summarily rejected

The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contract for supply of Gate Pass/Money Receipt to Indian Railway against purchase order placed during three preceding completed financial year and current year up to date of tender opening. Documentary evidence must be submitted along with offer such as copies of recent Purchase Orders, Receipt notes, Inspection Certificate etc. Please note that non submission of such documents shall be taken as they are not having any such past performance and their offers will be summarily rejected.

a) Tenderers are hereby instructed to supply the tendered quantity to the respective consignee(s) as indicated in tender document. (b) If tenderers mention anywhere in its offer contrary to (a) above and/or mention not to supply to some of the consignees, such offer may not be considered for ordering for such consignees where the tenderer has not agreed to directly deliver the stores without any back reference.

FOR: Destination and Delivery by Road is preferable.

The evaluation of total unit rate (TUR) for the purpose of inter-se position will be on Total Unit Rate for deliveries up to destination..

Firm to mention HSN Code & GSTIN No. of the tendered item.

Firms must carefully examine the contents of PO and in case of any discrepancy noticed they can make a representation within 05 days from the receipt of PO. Any representation thereafter for DP Re-Fixation shall not be accepted.

In case of rejection of the supplied Stores, rejected Stores will not be handed over to the Firm. (a) The inspecting authority will mention in the rejection IC that all the rejected Stores were destroyed and shred as per extant rules in presence of firm's representative, if they care to be present at the time of burning. (b) In case of any rejection of the Gate Pass/Money Receipt at the consignee end, the same will be shred in front of firm's representative after completing due formalities of joint inspection as per extant procedure.

In case of complete ream is supplied with duplicate numbering i.e. two ream supplied with the same serial number then the cost of the ream shall be deducted from the firms bill and no penalties shall be imposed

Tenderer must note that the Gate Pass/Money Receipt are money value items and utmost care is expected for error free printing and supply. Also be noted that failure to supply error free Gate Pass/Money Receipt may cause serious and huge loss to Railways

Buying Unit in Ream. Hence Tenderer are advised to quote the price accordingly.

(i) All the bidders/ tenderer should ensure that they are GST compliance and their quoted tax structure/ rates are as per GST Law. Bidders/ Tenderer to quote GSTIN. (ii) In case the successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act. The Railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/ their bills under reverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority. (iii) Firm should mention HSN code of the item and GSTIN of their firm.
