Supply and utilization of calcium Hypochlorite having 60%-70% available chlorine content in granular form ( granular based granular disinfectant) for water treatment (Drinking water and swimming pool ) packed in 45 Kgs each drums complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and utilization of bleaching powder Grade-I, IS 1065:1989(used in drinking water),stable dry free flowing white in appearance without hard lumps and visible impurities in laminated high density polythene bags of 25 Kgs capacity of each bags. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and utilization of Copper Sulphate (CUSO4) as per sample used for swimming pool complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and utilization of Alum Gel (MZPPC 80) Packed in 50 KG PVC Jar used for swimming pool.

Supply and utilization of Alum crystal for mixing in the water in the sedimentation tank for water treatment, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC core nylon brush 24" long for Cleaning of swimming pool complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and utilization of lime powder for mixing in the water in the sedimentation tank for water treatment, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Taking down wall mounted Geyser of capacity 25 to 50 ltrs from various location at 42 WEU after proper disconnecting the all electrical and water connection and transportation from AF to contractor's workshop for repairs of unserviceable /defective part of geyser, after incl refixing the geyser to its existing location. Notes:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Spare parts shall be of OEM or approved Equivalent make.

Preparation of old painted surface of geyser of capacity 25 ltrs and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white colour) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. NOTE:- Painting to be done as per periodicity as specified in table 'G' of R MES.

Attending complaints of defective geysers of various capacity up to 50Ltr , rectification including repair/maint defective parts , fixing at site as required for smooth functioning all as directed by Engr in charge. Notes:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Spare parts shall be of OEM or approved Equivalent make.

Supply only automatic thermostate switch for geyser 25 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Heating element round type, 1500 watts for geyser all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Heating element triangle type, 1500 watts for geyser all as specified and as directed.

Supply only safety valve/ fusiable plug(brass) 15 mm bore for geyser all as specified and as directed.

Supply only (Neon) Indicator lamp (red/green) round/rectangular type for geyser, all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor 2.5 sqmm 3 core as in connecting wire of geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs PVC heavy duty hot and cold water pipe 450mm long fixed both side with brass ferrule nuts for 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers for inlet/out let pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

Shifting / Transporting of unserviceable ceiling fan complete up to 1400mm sweep to workshop and bring back in MES yard after repairs and testing all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Shifting/Transporting of unserviceable Exhaust Fan 225mm to 300 mm sweep to workshop and bring back in MES yard after repairs and testing all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Shifting/Transporting of unserviceable Exhaust Fan 380 mm sweep to workshop and bring back in MES yard after repairs and testing all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Materials and labour for rewinding of ceiling Fan complete up to 1400 mm sweep with heavy duty super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, greasing etc. cutting and removing the old burnt winding complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing ,bush, hanging clamp, reel & nut bolt etc measured and paid separately.

Materials and labour for rewinding of Exhaust Fan up to 300 mm sweep with heavy duty super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, greasing etc. cutting and removing the old burnt winding complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing ,bush, hanging clamp, reel & nut bolt etc measured and paid separately.

M & L for painting of Ceiling Fan complete up to 1400 mm sweep with one coat of white paint/existing fan using spray machine painting including cleaning, washing of surfaces complete all as directed by Engr -in charge.

Shifting / Transporting repairable summer appliances such as Window type AC / Split AC of single phase from various locations to contractor's workshop for checking, repair & replacement of spares including dismantling of unserviceable/sizing/burn compressor unit, re fixing/ jointing the compressor, discharge suction line with parts like capillary tubes & filter, by brazing ,Checking any leakage in system (i.e. compressor and condenser) and making good by servicing, flushing/vacuum the whole system, cleaning of condenser etc for 1.5TR to 2TR ACs complete all as specified and as directed and return back the same after repairs in serviceable condition and refixing testing the same in the existing location Notes:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Spare parts shall be of OEM or approved Equivalent make

Supply only rubber grommet with sealed compressor for the window reciprocating Compressor/ Split AC of capacity 1.5 ton, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & fix in repairs remote control for split/window AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking out voltage stabilizer by disconnecting existing cable for u/s stabilizer of up to 5 KVA capacity including repairing / replacement of push on switch, relay transistor, diode, voltmereter, indicator lamp, high low cutout, MCB, complete parts along with testing and commissioning and transportation charges from site to workshop complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & Fix in repairs of Fan capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd epoxy filled type complete all as specified and as directed.
