S&F Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GFRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0 .50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 :1987, Non-combustible as per BS tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter- locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm .Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing including three coats of white wash as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Armstrong Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws all complete as per manufacturer’s instructions including three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc), sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS plates (Plain or chequered) channels, square cur or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surfaces including a coat priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, Type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All per Item No 14 but except blocks or slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete Interlocking paver block rubber moulded with laquor finished of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm of thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed

Note:- (a) Works to be carried out in OTM accn (high rise bldgs) such as hangars, towers, RCC overhead reservoirs etc at heights up to 20 mtrs (b) Contractor has to follow all safety norms issued by GOI for working labourers and also arrange all necessary scaffoldings, cranes/hoopers, suspended movable platforms, rope ladders as the case may be and the rate shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) Any damage to the existing bird proofing nets, wire mesh and ceiling inside hangar and any other buildings during the execution of work shall be repaired by the contractor as directed by Engr in Charge. No extra claim on this account will be entertained by the department.
