Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), including necessary form work.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in a layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in flooring finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 ( 20 mm graded aggregate ) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash on walls and cornices complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials (soils) upto a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) Quality-A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted ,bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .
