Taking down Electric/Induction motor 40 HP capacity, of any Make/Model from existing position, Shifting to workshop for the repair work, removing the burnt winding, cleaning rotor, stator, re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of size equivalent to the original winding including insulated packing materials, Varnishing, Drying etc and installing back to the original position, testing and commissioning on full load for 8 hrs continuous running complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : Bearing & Bush will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

NOTE : Cost of new bearing, bush, Seal, Washers, Impeller, etc. shall deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in repairs Gun metal Air release valve suitable for any type Monobloc/Coupled pump set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing Old Painted/treated Surfaces of Pump Sets and Motors of any description including cleaning of Grease/Oil Spots, etc. from the Pump Sets and Motors and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint and re-writing SM No. and MES No. on Pump Sets and Motors of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Pumping Set for repair from Bore Well by dismantling Suction/ Delivery Column Pipe 50mm to 150mm dia and Lowering the Column Pipe after repairing the Pump including replacement of Gasket Set, worn out/ damaged Nuts and Bolts of required size carefully without causing any damage to the Pumping Set, Submersible Cable, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Job for taking out the Pumping Set consisting a Set of Pump & Motor shall be Paid for ONE Unit.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (PIPE LINES & VALVES)

Supply, fixing & Lowering GI Column Pipe 80 mm bore (dia), 3.00 METRE in Length, medium grade, ISI marked, both End Flanged with Rubber/ Fibre Joints with Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, & Washers, etc. including Taking down/ out unserviceable Column Pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cast Iron non-return valve, 80 mm bore, Class PN 1.0, heavy duty, ISI marked (IS 5312), flanged end including 3 mm thick rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation and testing of Chemical Dosing system suitable to inject solution up to 21 LPH comprising of dosing pump coupled with and including 3 phase electric motor of suitable capacity, 1440 RPM along with standard accessories such as non-return valve, foot valve etc including dismantling of old unserviceable dosing system complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The replaced dosing pump assembly shall be installed on the existing chlorine tank, connected to the existing lead tube of agitator shaft and properly tested for satisfactory operation of the overall plant.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (RO PLANT)

Routine Maintenance & Operation of CENTRAL REVERSE OSMOSIS TYPE WATER TREATMENT & PURIFYING PLANT having capacity of delivering Pure, Safe and Healthy Drinking Water 5000 LITRE PER HOUR by removing dissolved Solids like Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium Bicarbonate, Chlorides, Sulphides, etc. in Water by 90-95% and reducing Harmful Minerals like Arsenic, Fluorides, Lead, Bacteria, etc. and to bring Water Hardness Level to Safe Drinking Water Limits, Skid Mounted type including Routine Checking of Metering Equipments like Voltmeter, Ammeter, Flow Meter, Conductivity Meter (TDS Meter) PH Meter, Pressure Meter, etc. alongwith Routine Maintenance of RO Water Supply Pumping Set 3.0 HP capacity Each, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (a) The Contractor shall engage One Experienced Technician who will visit at an interval of EVERY 03 MONTHS and/or as and when required/directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to examine and repair the Plant. The Technician will report to the JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge for his Every Visit, failing which no Payment will be allowed to the Contractor. (b) The Plant shall not remain Non Operation more than 8 HOURS in any case either due to Break down or Maintenance otherwise a recovery @ Rs. 300.00 PER HOUR shall be charged from the Contractor beyond 8 HOURS for Non Operation of Plant. (c) The Quoted Unit Rate includes fixing only for non workable major parts as and when required basis. (d) The Quoted Unit Rate includes the Cost of Chemicals as recommended by Manufacturer for Flushing/Cleaning the System. (e) The Quoted Unit Rate is inclusive of Periodical Back Wash or as and when required to maintain as per the Treatment Guideline of Plant including Cleaning. (f) The Cost include the replacement of Minor Spares like Washers Nylon/ Lead, Teflon Tape, Bolt & Nuts, Gland Packing, Gasket, etc. other than specifically Priced. (g) Major Spares like Micron Filter, Membrane etc. will be Measured and Paid for separately. (h) The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for the monthly visits of technician to replace the micron filters. However, measurement shall only be considered for the quarterly visit for maintenance of the whole plant.

Supply only Anti-Scalent Chemical (Consumable), in sealed containers, suitable for preventing Scaling of Membrane of Plant complete all and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Micron Filter of size 4 Inch dia x 20 Inch Length with Filter capacity up to 1 micron (as approved) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Membrane Module of size 8040 suitable for 5000 Litre Central RO Plant (as approved as existing) and Fixing-in-repairs, complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : TORRAY/ ION EXCHANGE/ DOW)

S&F in repairs Multi port valve of size 32/40 mm bore suitable for RO plant incl testing on completion complete complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (SWIMMING POOL)

Supply, fixing & testing Multi port valve of size 100 mm bore suitable for swimming pool incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning Swimming Pool by Cleaning Entire Internal Surface by removing Dirt, Sludge, etc. with Wire Brush by applying Bleaching Powder and Fresh Water and Cleaning Entire Surface repeatedly with Fresh Water and Draining Out Soiled Water including using Pressure Jet Pump and Suction Pump capacity of Pool Surface using Acid and other suitable Methods before filling as required at Site, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) Quoted Unit Rate shall include for filling the Swimming Pool with Water and de-watering as per requirement the Water Supply provided by Department. (b) The Quoted Unit Rate is inclusive of Chemicals required to Clean the Swimming Pool and Pump Sets, etc.

M&L for Cleaning Level Tank & connected drain/trenches for Swimming Pool using Acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at Site, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Quoted Unit Rate shall include for filling the Level Tank for Pool with water and de-watering as per the Water Supply provided by Department.

M&L for Draining out Water by removing the Drain Plug from Swimming Pool Media Filter Tank, Take Off Multiport Collar (Clamp) unscrewing union from the Multiport Valve including carefully Opening, Covering to Stand Pipe with Duct Tape or Rubber Plug, Taking out Muddy and Dirty Sand by using Vacuum Equipment to suck out the Sand or using Plastic Tumbler Cup to scoop out the Sand, Taking out Water, Pouring Pipe Stand Pipe without damage and removing the Internal Grid Assembly carefully, replace to worn out Stand Pipe, Internal Grid Assembly or Multiport Valve, Cleaning to Filter with Dilute Acid or Soap or Anti Scalent Chemical for removing Sludge and Clean to Sand Filter, Pouring Water Half Tank and filing to Standard Silica Sand and Pea Gravel suitable for Swimming Pool Media Filter and replacing Worn Out 'O' Ring with Serviceable 'O' Ring with tightening Lubricant Reassembling to Main Holes, Servicing of Inlet, Outlet, Backwash and Air Release Diaphragm Valve along with water connection pipe, testing of Leak Proof, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Sand, Pea Gravel, Anti-Scalent Chemical and accessories measured under Item No 4.07 shall be measured seperately as "Supply Only". Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for all other spares and consumables. No claim shall be entertained during currency of work.

S&F in repair Pressure Gauge/Vacuum Gauge with Nipple 0-14 Kg rating complete and all directed by Engineer in Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART- VI (REPAIR/MAINT TO EARTHING AND LIGHTNING ARRESTOR SYSTEM)

M&L Checking of Earth Resistance of Chemical/Normal Earthing and maintaining the Register as per Appendix 'A' and as specified and directed here-in-after :- NOTES :- (a) Contractor will Check Earth Resistance Every Day (minimum 25 Nos. per Day) and joint measurement of earth resistance of chemical /plate electrode earthing with user, will be sole responsibility of contractor. Earthing register will maintain and signed by user also and same will be put up to the Engineer-in-Charge through JE E/M on the Very Next Day, failing which a Sum of Rs. 20.00 per Day will be recovered from the Contractor. (b) New Earth Resistance Tester will be provided by the Contractor. (Tester should be caliberated from NABL accredited labs). (c) Contractor will be responsible for pouring of water in the Earth Pits Weekly at his own arrangement with Water Tanker, etc. However, Water will be provided by the Department. (d) Checking of Earth Pits existing and improve it by watering, adding of chemical etc. (Chemical will be measured and paid separately) (e) Contractor will be responsible for marking of Earth Check date and due date on existing Plate with paint as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Contractor will be responsible for cleaning of bushes, grass, sand etc inside and all around upto 1.50 Metre Area of existing Earth Pit with tightening of Strip. (g) Repair Party will be report every Morning and Evening to JE E/M.

Item No 6.01 (Contd...) (h) Cost of register for noting earthing results, location wise shall deemed to be included with the unit rate. Proforma of detail column will be printed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (j) Recovery for Penalty will be made as follows :- (i) Earthing left without Checked lesser by 25 No. - Rs. 50.00/Earthing (ii) Earthing left without Checked in a Month - Rs. 100.00/Earthing (iii) Earthing left without Cleaning in a Month - Rs. 50.00/Earthing (iv) Earthing left without Watering in a Month - Rs. 30.00/Earthing (k) Contractor will be responsible for maintaining permissible earth resistance in Ohms in Earthing Register, failing which he will be liable to pay penalty as per IAFW-2249 and work shall be re-done by contractor in their quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling/taking out old unserviceable Chemical/Conventional earthing pit with all accessories after disconnection of earth strips including earth work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing of CPRI tested maintenance free earthing system a set of Copper Bonded Earth Rod of 3 meter length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with exothermically jointed copper bus bar of 200x50x6mm for long lasting and connection, copper bonded rod & exothermically jointed bus bar duly CPRI tested on 25 KA fault current and earth pit filled with duly by electrodite/conductolite back fill comound (Ground enhancer) complete for achieving earth resistance not more than 01 Ohm including boring in loose/soft soil 200mm dia, by means of hand/ machine drill, upto 3 Meter depth from ground level and pouring of sufficient water for at least 3 times per day (within working hours) for two days and making hole ready for pouring of Earth Enhancement Compound complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Pit Cover and ground enhancing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and pouring of RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound after mixing with water tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity < 0.12 ohm-m. It shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be a permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurement of Chemical will be done in Powder form. Contractor shall procure the item in sealed packets directly from manufacturer)

S&F in repair Earth Pit 125mm dia with FRP Earth Pit Cover of top size 200x200mm bottom size 300x300mm with height of 150mm with lockable Lid, Earth Pit cover shall be made of Poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton load for closing of earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with Cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged, Cast Iron Frame, MS Rod 6mm, Funnel as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including demolition of existing damaged pit and excavation work required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate shall be included for dismantling and removal debris of existing PCC pit.

M&L for replacement of Pre-cast RCC Cover with Handle 01 Nos and hole of dia 40mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 540x540x60mm, reinforced with and including 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 250mm Centre to Centre in both ways, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate shall be included for dismantling and removal debris of existing RCC cover pit.

M&L Checking of any breaking in the Link of Earth Strip/Wire of Galvanised/ Copper/Aluminium any size and jointing them by Exothermic Welding or Brazing, complete all as specified and as directed.
