Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Street Light fixture with IP-66 protected die-cast aluminium housing and heat resistive toughened glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution, higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system. LED shall be having LM-79 and LM-80 complied as per L-70 standard. Maximum power consumption shall not exceed 70W and system lumens shall not be less than 9,000. Optics shall be properly designed with Polycarbonate Lenses to avoid dark patches on the road. Street light without lenses will not be acceptable. Driver shall be 3 stage "Constant Current Constant Voltage" with voltage range of 150-270V AC. Output voltage of driver should be complied to Safety Extra Low Voltage norms not exceeding 60 V DC. Note: (i) The item rate shall deem to include provision of weather proof PVC insulated aluminium conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core as required. (ii) Contractor shall produce warrinty certificate and LEDs used in the product shall comply with EN-62471 for photo - biological safety and certificate for the same from manufacturer shall be provided. Luminaire manufacturer shall produce certificate of association with LED manufacturer for minimum two years.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 40 mm bore for LED fittings light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.
