RD road to Medinipali_Road_Providing depression filling with WMM, SDBC and Berm dressing_0.000 to 1.830

Clearing and grubbing road land including uptooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposalof top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Labour for laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.23cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber & consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers & all other T & P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page-169 Item - 45

Providing for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of sub base materilas.
