Taking down carefully the ceiling/exhaust/pedestal/wall mounted /Air circulator fan of any size/ make after disconnecting the electric connection for necessary servicing and replacing the spares, rewinding etc all as specified and directed. Note: Servicing, Spares , Refixing and Rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Labour only for servicing the ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted / Pedestal /Air Circulator fan of any size/ make including greasing/ oiling/ repairs and replacing the spares such as cater pin unserviceable / rusted nut bolts, split pins rubber wheel bearing washers, bush all as specified and directed Note: Spares such as bearing, metal bush, condenser shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Hanging only ceiling fan any sweep any make, 230 V single phase and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.50 sqmm three core copper conductor round cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : The refixed fan shall be tested after fixing the blades

Fixing only Exhaust fans/ Air circulator/ Wall mounted fans / Pedestal Fan ( with louver for exhaust fan ) of any description/ any make, 230 V single phase and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.50 sqmm three core copper conductor round cable including grouting of nut, bolt on existing location and complete all as specified and directed. Note : The refixed fan shall be tested after fixing the blades.

M & L for painting of ceiling fans any sweep, complete in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of Exhaust fans/Air circulator/ wall mounted fans/ Pedestal Fan any type or sweep, complete in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc.all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge and weight after cutting and removing the existing burnt/heated up windings, including cleaning of rotor, stator and varnishing, heating and providing fresh insulating materials for Ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.7 herein before but for Exhaust fan 225 to 300mm sweep/Wall mounted Fan of any sweep .

Supply only ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep

Supply only ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan/ wall mounted / Pedestal/ Air circulator fan of any size and make.

Replacement of old/unserviceable capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd for the fans in position all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old/unserviceable capacitor of capacity 4 mfd for the fans in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm bore Medium grade GI tubes with all fittings & fixing on wall/ceiling for hanging of ceiling fans incl taking down complete all as specified and directed

S & F down rods for ceiling fan fabricated out of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly cutting/ threading/ drilling etc. Suitable for check nut and split pin including 'U' clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep including taking down of unserviceable rod complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hook made out of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm bar, bend to shape for hanging ceiling fans including taking down of unserviceable hook complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make up to 50 Ltr capacity after disconnecting all electric connection, descaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly etc by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking leakage if any, reassembling the geyser after arrest of leakage by bracing and electric and water supply lines, refixing and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fixing in repairs Heating element with rubber gasket thread/push type 230V, 1.5 KW for the geysers and testing the same all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix thermostat suitable for geysers 25 to 50 Ltr capacity and range 30 to 80 degree centigrade with cut off at 70 degree centigrade all as specifie and directed

Supply and fix PVC connection pipe 15mm dia 450mm long heavy duty suitable for hot / cold water with brass union and washer at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with 2 X 6 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit and accessories on surface of wall roofs etc with 1 X 6 Sqmm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified including dismantling existing sub main wiring and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth wire 4.0 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point including testing and commissioning on completion and taking down of old unserviceable earthing all as specified and directed
