Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks having a minimum compressive strength of 75 kg/cm. sq, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built-in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone boulder pitching with random rubble including grouting with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposing of rubbish material at low lying area of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of drain walls and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and finishing exposed faces of concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grraded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain, rounded and chamfered edges surface even and smooth complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposing of rubbish material at low lying area of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in top layer of the floor, pavings etc., including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, as in SWT bottom surface and including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for concrete slab having 100 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The good earth retrieved from the item no 16 shall be used for embankment.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved moorum filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammped including watering complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment only consolidated thickness will be considered for measurement.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel fabricated framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all specified and directed.

M&L for running welding in repairs for metal having thickness upto 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5 cm in length for metal having thickness upto 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
