2.1. Providing and laying tack coat at 5kg per sqmtr. 2.2. All thorough cleaning of surface. Laying of 40mm thick Asphalt macadam compacted thickness with bitumen 60 to 70 grade thick with pure proper thickness with graded sieved aggregate finer to 25 mm in bitumen contents not exceeding 4% to 5% laid with payer and rolled heavy duty 8 to 10 ton roller. 2.3. Macadam mix will be with PPT 1.2% Laying of 25mm thick Asphalt concrete with bitumen grade 60 to 70 4% to 5% with graded aggregates with maximum size of 0.5 inch graded down to fine of 25% the asphalt mix will be PPT 1% to 2% the same will be laid manually and compacted with heavy roller spreading and manually powder after application FPPT primer on finished asphalt surface to close the porosity of fresh asphalt and allowing the surface to be dried for minimum 15 days prior to lying the synthetic surfacing & anti termite & weeding treatment 1800 Sqft

Providing and laying 8 layers cushion system consisting bio cum primer one coat, one coat resurface, three court cushion, followed with two Coats of textured base coats and finally one non- textured top coat - 1800 Sqft

With 10 ft height all four sides of the court area ... covering with 2.5 mm thickness green nylon net - 1800 Sqft
