Contractual assistance for operation and maintenance of different activity in filter plant, with water supply at colony and Day to Day Cleaning for attending emergency complaint in colony area Cleaning of Hospital and Spraying of Anti maleria Liquid with necessary tools and required Cleaning material etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. (365 day X 2 Skilled + 15 Unskilled Manpower)

Contractual assistance at Officer Club, Shramik Sadan as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. (2 Unskilled Manpower Cleaning work + 1 Semi Skilled Manpower as care taker) (12 month x 26 days X 1 Semi- Skilled + 2 Unskilled Manpower) = 312 days

Plumbing work :- Contractual Assistance for repairing of old damaged pipe line of dia 15mm to 150 mm including cutting, welding with necessary all tools & plant and machinery etc. complete as per Instruction of EIC at different places of Kapildhara Colony. (1 year X 1 Semi Skilled + 1 Unskilled Manpower)

Carpentry Works:- Assistance required for repairing of old damaged panel door, window, flush door, Shutters and fitting like aldrop, hinges, tower bolt, sliding door bolt etc. at different places of under Kurja Sub Area including necessary tools & plant and nails & screw, Hinges and Other fittings etc. as per instruction of Engineer in charge. (12 month X 26 days X 1 Skilled + 1 Unkilled Manpower)

Welding Works:- Assistance Required for Welding of damaged old pipe line, Hinges, Door Frame, Works at different places under Kurja Sub Area including necessary tools & plant Electrode rod, Hinges and Other fittings etc. as per instruction of Engineer in charge. (12 month X 26 days X 1 Skilled + 1 Unskilled Manpower)

Cleaning of all types of drains 9" and above (Main drains and connecting drains) i/c removing sludge and stacking at suitable place as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of septic tank (upto 10 to 20 User Capacity) including safe disposal of sludge etc. complete as per instruction of Engr. I/C.

Cleaning of septic tank (upto 350 User Capacity) including safe disposal of sludge etc. complete as per instruction of Engr. I/C.

Cleaning of chocked inspection chambers, S.W. pipe & W.C. pan etc.complete as per instructions of Engr. I/C.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of top of roof before monsoon period i/c removal of rubbish etc. from roof

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
