Supply and erection of sheet metal bus-bar chamber on existing surface with required No. of bus-bar strips of suitable length and cross-sectional area, made of copper strips of suitable length and cross-sectional area enclosure made of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thick with detachable cover fitted with dust excluding gasket and secured with sufficient No. of cadmium plated iron screws and of given overall dimensions and to be fixed with G.I. bolts and nuts/Rag bolts and nuts etc., complete with all accessories including connections with suitable size tin coated copper thimbles, bonding to the existing earth and painting etc. as desired by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sheet metal bus-bar chamber suitable for 200 Amp. 415 Volts capacity with 4 copper strip Bus-bars each of length 600 mm & cross-sectional area (25 mmx5mm) enclosure having overall dimensions (680mm x 450 mm x 150mm) nominal.

S/E of enclosure for MCCB 200/250/300/400 Amp 3 Pole / 4 pole made out of 16 Gauge M.S. sheet. The enclosure is to be painted after one coat of primer including its erection in existing angle iron board with nut bolts/ screws etc. to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid direct on surface with the help of M.S. clamp of suitable thickness. The job include the cost of making connections with suitable size of Al. Lugs / thimbles, testing, commissioning etc. as required to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. The cable should be of Polycab/ KEI/ RPG/ Unistar (Universal)/ Havells/ Finolex/ R.R. Kabel/ Grandlay make only.
