Dismantling & taking down unserviceable security/garden/flood/post top light fitting of any Wattage/type from existing location/pole/building from height not more than 4.0 Mtr from ground level for replacement and fixing at same location after making its connections as required to make serviceable including testing and connecting to existing feeder complete in all respect or as directed. Note:-Spare parts/service wire/control wiring/luminaires required to make the light fittings serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply of LED post top lantern in tycoon(Opal) shape, 70 Watt, IP -65, Impact resistance - IK07, colour temp- 3000 K, Class I, elegantly designed die-cast aluminum housing with heat sink for efficient thermal management, sturdiness and excellent corrosion resistant. aluminium canopy with classic design to enhance the aesthetic of the fixture, 02 nos die-cast aluminum arms & aluminium die cast spigot provided to support the housing & epoxy powder coated black after phosphochromate treatment, high efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCPCB. Supply & fixing in replacement of 50 mm GI pipe/stand post with aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole of standard height of 3.5 mtr in grey powder UV stabilized pure polyester coating after hot-dipped galvanizing with elliptical aluminum sheet in grey color riveted to the pole, top portion outer dia 76 ± 1 mm, bottom portion outer dia 139 ± 1 mm in length of 970 ± 15 mm, having Plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300x110 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories. Window cover should be fitted with allen screws to the pole, mild steel base plate of dia 268 ± 2 mm of thickness 10 ± 0.5 mm with 4 nos elliptical holes of 19 x 42 mm on 210 mm PCD including J type foundation bolts and neccessary PCC work in (1:2:4) type B0 with curing for 7 days as reqd to install the pole complete in all respect & as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of aluminum conductor wire with FRLSH insulated, PVC round sheathed, flexible bright annealed copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm, 3 core of voltage grade upto 1100 volt as per IS 694/1990 with latest amendments complete in all respect and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of light grade galvanised iron pipe 25 mm nominal bore dia size confirming to IS 1239-Part I, laid under the road, hard standing or through wall, pole for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of worn out MCB enclosure with automatic street light control system with optical Micro Sensor to sense automatic switching ON at dusk (< 60 lux ) and switching OFF at dawn ( > 10 lux) with part night operation facility of minimum 4 to 8 Hrs with a resolution of ½ hour, Low voltage / High voltage trip protection and auto reset, operating voltage 150 - 280V AC, 50 HZ with enclosure made of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound to provide a rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof, outdoor type enclosure of IP 54 protection, MCB of current rating 40 Amps and contactor of rating 25 Amp ( AC 3) suitable to control the load of 5.0 KW, single phase load with necessary clamping arrangements including making incoming and outgoing cable connections complete in all respect and as directed.

Cutting & Chasing required on concrete block/brick wall/path tile /floor etc not exceeding 10 cm girth to concealed the cable/GI wire and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar (1:3) including facing / finishing where as required to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
