Complete Scope of Work: Fabrication of two nos. Dump body of CAT777D Dumper (100T dumper) having sl. no. C-558 and C-567 into Water tank body and Installation of forced/gravity sprinkling system for dust and fire suppression at Old work shop, Nigahi Project is having scope of work as follows-(1) Complete removal of Dump body (2) Conversion of Dump body into tank body with nine partitions using angles and plates (3)Mounting of fabricated water tank body on Dumper (4) Fitment of water pump and motor mounting base plates in parrallel to hydraulic tank (5) Mounting of hydraulic motor and pump on base plate (6) Installation of extra support to base plate (7) Cutting of new GI pipe (4" & 3") in different sizes (8) Fabrication of flanges by cutting 8 mm plate, drilling and threading of required size (9)Fabrication and installation of suction line pipe to Pump (10)Fabrication and fitment of delivery line (12) Fabrication of water monitor mounting and its fitment (13) Fabrication and fitment of gravity sprinkling pipe belly of the tank body (14) Fitment of three nos. Pnematic valve at different places (15) Installation of pipeline at tail of the tank body and fabrication of spay water system (16) Fabrication of ladder to manoeuvre man to tank body to control water monitor (17) Fabrication and installation of railing (18) Testing of dust and fire suppression system for leakages (19) Painting, number writing and sticking of radium reflector on body.

Note : Gouging electrode, electric are welding electrode, Industrial gases , Power supply to the welding machine, MS Plate, Angle and Cranes as per requirement will be provided by NCL.

Conversion of Dump body to water tank body :

Cost/ charges for complete removal of Dump body and fitment of water tank body in dumper after conversion including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower). For two nos. water tank body conversion

Hire charges for welding machine with all accessories for the above mentioned job at sl. No. 3.01 for two nos. Water tank body.

Hire charges for gas cutting set with all accessories for the above mentioned job at sl. No. 3.01 for two nos. Water tank body.

Hire charges for misc tools and tackles for the above mentioned job at sl. No. 3.01 for two nos. Water tank body.

Cost/ charges for fabrication of water tank body on dump body as per scope of work and painting including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower) For two nos.water tank body conversion.

Hire charges for MIG welding machine 02 Nos. with all accessories for the above mentioned job at sl. No. 4.00 for two nos. Water tank body conversion work.

Hire charges for gas cutting set with all accessories for the above mentioned job at sl. No. 4.00 for two nos. Water tank body conversion work

Cost of MIG rolls (wire welding MIG ALY , 0.703-0.8mm) for 150 kg each for water tank body conversion. Total 02 Nos. Water tank body conversion work..

Cost of CO2 gas for 300 kg each water tank body conversion work by MIG welding. Total 02 Nos.water tank body conversion work.

Cost of retroreflective tape ( 50 mm x0.5m) 2.5 roll each water tank body for two nos. tank body conversion

Cost of Number writing - 3 sides (0.30x 0.60 sqmtr each) for two nos. Water tank body conversion

Cost/ Charges for Painting (one coat primer and two coat paints) with material) for 2403.00 sqft surface area for each water tank body. Total two nos. Water tank body painting job.

Fabrication and installation of forced/gravity sprinkling system for dust supression and water monitor for fire fighting : Note : Gouging electrode, electric are welding electrode, Industrial gases , Power supply to the welding machine, MS Plate, Angle, GI pipe (3" & 4"), Hydraulic motor, pump, elbow, bolts, pneumatic valve, pneumatic switches etc. and Cranes as per requirement will be provided by NCL.

Cost/ charges for installation of Hydraulic motor and water Pump in tanker including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower) for two nos. tank body conversion. For two nos. water tank body work

Cost/ charges for fabrication and installation of pipe line for forced sprinkling and for water monitor in tanker including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower). For two nos. water tank body work.

Cost/ charges for fabrication and installation of additional pipe for gravity sprinkling system belly of tanker body including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower. For two nos. water tank body work. .

Cost/ charges for fabrication of 08 Nos. flanges and installation of 03 Nos. air booster gate valve and fire fighting monitor in tanker and testing of water line pipe leakage including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower) For two nos. water tank body work

Cost/ charges for fabrication and fitting of railing and ladder over the tank including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower). For two nos. water tank body work..
