Taking down steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing for 15mm bore pipe and removing from site or work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing for 20mm bore pipe and removing from site or work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubes 15 mm bore medium grade with fittings and fixed complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubes 20mm bore medium grade with fittings and fixed complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable GI tubing 15mm bore and connection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable GI tubing 20mm bore and connection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level),complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in floor of 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and dricted.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1: 3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) for PVC tank platform over the roof flat surface including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing tank all as specified in SSR Part I all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing tank all as specified in SSR Part I all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F 20 mm dia ball brass valves high pressure ,with polythene float and fly nut complete,screwedfor iron pipe or brass ferrule fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed for 20mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.
