M&L forAttending routine day to day maintenance of external water supply including rectification of minor defects above ground by taking down of existing GI tubing upto 25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of jumper valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending complaint for water leakage complaint in under ground flange end CI/DI/GI pipe from size 80mm to 150mm including including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, dismantling and removing U/S joints of rubber gasket or fibre board gaskets for spigot and socket pipe and replace jointing with new fibre or rubber gasket of the following size:

Notes for Sl item No 1 to 2:- (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on as requirement basis on all working days and sufficient tradesman /plumber/ resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints.

(e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventry format given by AGE E/M/JE E/M Dholpur and the same shall be submitted to Dholpur MES store yard on daily basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaint slip books, gate pass book, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, LT UG/HT cables, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (j) Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for PCC work for pedestal pillars, foundations, coping and other misc supports to external water supply installations, type C1, mixing ratio 1:3:6 using 20mm gradded aggregate complete including form work and dismantling of existing pcc of ant type etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L walling of squared rubble uncoursed, stone masonry well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 for pipeline pedestal supports including dismantling of existing mesonary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI water tubing IS-1239 marked, medium grade, in replacement including all necessary pipe fittings laid in trenches, on wall, under floor, under road on same or new route and making good the disturbed portion as existing and including taking down of old unserviciable pipe of the following sizes :- Note :-excavation earth work will be measured and paid saperatly.

M &L in replacement of GI flanged pipe of 80mm dia medium grade IS-1239 marked complete with rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers (Make : Jindal/ Prakash surya/ Tata). Note :- Each pipe is in the 3m length as required at site.

M&L , jointing and testing of all kind for of DI (Ductile Iron) pipe, round flanged end on both sides of 100 mm dia , K-9 complete with rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers inside OPC coated, white painted inside and black painted on out side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make : Jindal/ Electro Steel/ Tata).

M&L for Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth from root for cleaning out the area around OH tank / pump house No-1&2&3 at Gundrai and kesharbagh sbustation , Kesarbagh sump house (Approx 13000SqMtr ) and at ground level by cutting up root, un- wanted plants / bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr directed by engineer -in -charge , Note: (i) Rate including Cutting T&P, transporting/disposal/dumping away from the site as per the laid down procedure of waste management system shall be considered with this item rate. (ii) Entire site shall not be given for one time. Area for cleaning shall be given to the contractor on requirement basis as per the site conditions and growth rate of bushes and grass etc. The area shall be divided into several parts and shall be directed to the contractor when cleaning is required at site. (iii) The above job is carried out in beginning from acceptance of contract and other after 3 month .

Cutting existing water supply line with the help of electric cutting tools or manually for repairing such as jointing, blockage removal, cleaning of particular joint etc and making good after repairing (of size 50mm to 150mm).

M & L for dismantling of defective sluice valve for repairs such as repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refacing, grinding, stuffing and threading of spindle, replacement of worn out check nut, repairs to gate assembly replacement of jointing materials such as rubber sheets, nuts, bolts & washers, gland rope and refixing in its original position, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Labour only for servicing of industrial RO Plant installed at academic complex including back washing, cleansing the filter medium, resetting all TDS upto the recommended level by PHED, checking all valves, servicing the turbo jet motor for raw water, checking and tighting all mounting brackets, nuts. Bolts etc. removing fungus by cleaning of raw water and filtered water storage tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Technician should be hired from reputed company of the RO plant. No extra allowance shall be be given to the technician. Coneyance must be ensured by the contractor only. No vehicle shall be provided for the conveyance of the technician by MES.
