M & L for 100 mm thick DLC (Dry lean concrete) M-15 (design mix) using crushed stone aggregate laid/placed by a mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers complete all as specified and directed

M & L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using400 kg of cement per cubic metre,and using non-circular synthetic fibres Recron 3S, CT-2424, 12mm length & 10-40 micron dia using full width fully by using fixed form paver in thickness not exceeing 250 mm complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (non circular synthetic fibre Recron '3S' will be measured & paid for separately )

Supply only non - circular triangular synthetic fibre Recron 3S CT 2424 , 12mm in length & 10-40 micron in dia for pavement quality control concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for forming 25 mm wide expansion joint filled with compressible synthetic filler board HD-100 for complete depth of joint i.e. thickness of slab, provision of closed cell back up rod 30 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealent (minimum depth of sealent above back up rod shall be 15mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to top surface to give neat finish to sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied by mechanical means all as specified and as directed.

Forming dummy joints 1/3 of depth of slab and top 25 mm, 10 mm wide to receive PU and remaining 3 mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene back up rod 10 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealent (minimum depth of sealent above back up rod shall be 12mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to top surface to give neat finish to sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied by mechanical means all as specified and as directed.

Polythene film 400 micron thick (transparent colour), virgin quality as per ASTM D 2103/IS 2508 spread and laid over sand layer with minimum 15cm side and ends laps as per IS-2508, complete all as specified and directed (Note:- sand will be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for 150mm thick WMM in two layer of 75 mm thick each layer (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicators, engraved with type, size and voltage of cable painted, embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 150x100mm fixed in ground at 0.5 mtr height above ground level with the 40x 40x5 mm MS angle indicating the route of cable all as specified and directed.
