Manning & Operation of electrically operated Lift with automatic closing door type Lift (Lift installed at ‘C’ Block near OT at Military Hospital) operating from Ground Floor to Second Floor (G+2) in two shifts (each shift of 08 hours) daily including Sundays and holidays by employing lift operator (Skilled) - 01 No in each Shift. Note :- (i) The deployement of manpower for operation of lift i.e. schedule of time will be directed by Engineeer-in-Charge. (ii) In the event of failure of lift, repair action should be attended within 03 hours from registering the complaint. In case, contractor fails to repair the defects within the stipulated time, a penal recovery shall be effected as mentioned here-in-after in Particular Specification Section-II.

Notes Contd/-.... of Srl No 2 (c) Cleaning of shaft and lift machine room shall be done every month otherwise penal recovery shall be effected @ Rs.600/- per month per lift shall be effected from contractors payment. (d) Running maintenance shall include replacement of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts/sub assembles etc. except the items mentioned in BOQ here-in-after as and when it is required. GE’s decision in this regard shall be final & binding. (e) The rate shall include routine maintenance of ARD & maintaining ARD in serviceable condition including all spares (If required) testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (f) Complete replacement of following major assemblies shall not be covered in the comprehensive maintenance. However, running repairs and replacement of parts of said assemblies are included in rate quoted for this item and cost of labour element for replacement of materials under BOQ shall deemed to be included in this item. Decision as to whether these major assemblies need complete replacement or not shall be decided by Garrison Engineer, whose decision shall be final and binding.

The contractor shall procure the spares time to time as required for maintenance duly approved by the GE. (h) Quarterly inspection to be carried out as per Proforma attached as Appendix - I, II & III (Refer Particular Specification Section-II), and cost is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by tenderer. (j) Any rescue/breakdown shall be attended and experience towards repair/ replacement/ manpower/ T&P required shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the tenderer. (k) Each lift shall be got inspected by the Govt Lift Inspector once in a contract period for the worthiness certificate in respect to safety etc. and cost for which shall also be accounted in unit rates quoted by the tenderer.

Notes Contd/-.... of Srl No 2 (l) Cabin Fan, emergency light inside the cage and exhaust fan inside the machine room for all lift shall be functional round the clock otherwise penal recovery shall be effected @ Rs. 60/- per day per lift after 24 hours for the inconvenience for above mentioned any item from contractor’s payment. (m) The contractor shall stock sufficient parts/ major assembly to ensure putting the lift in working condition in shortest possible time to avoid inconvenience to users. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost for the such contingencies. (n) Major parts/ components/ repairs as mentioned in BOQ here-in-after are not included in the quoted rates of this item which will be measured and paid for seprately under relevant items of BOQ.

Manning and operation including minor repair / maintenance of sewage treatment with intermediate sewage pump house at MAP Phase-I in Two shifts (Each shift of 08 hours) daily including Sundays and holidays by employing FGM (Fitter General Mechanic) - 01 No (Skilled) in each shift comprising with the following equipments :- Note :- 1st Shift from 0600 hours to 1400 hours and 2nd Shift from 1400 hours to 2200 hours. (a) Non cloging submersible pumping set - 03 Nos (b) Electric LT Panel complete - 02 No. (c) DG Set 125 KVA - 01 No. (d) Change over switch 3 phase 200 Amps - 01 No (e) chlorine dosing plant - 01 No. (f) Air blower with electric motor - 02 Nos (g) Recycle pumping set 20 HP - 02 Nos (h) Control valves of distribution line for treated water at JCO Qtrs, OR Qtrs, Offr Qtrs, gardens / nature park at MAP Ph-I area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (j) Cleaning of incoming sewage chamber, grit chamber, removal of sludge from bed and keep installation neet and clean.

All as per Item No 3 above but Only One Helper (Unskilled) in one shift daily. Note :- Shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours. Notes for Srl Item No 3 & 4 :- (i) Minor repair includes all the periodical preventive maintenance such as greasing, oiling, tightening of nuts and bolts of DG sets / Incinerator and tightening of loose connections in starters and panels and replacing thimbles, rubber coupling etc. (ii) The contractor shall carryout the periodical maintenance every 30 days as per SOP and as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shall make a record of the same. The contractor shall prepare daily check sheet and log sheet and same shall be held at all the installations and. The log sheet shall be verified by the JE E/M and shall be produced to Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Contractor shall collect “DHPP(N) Fuel” for the DG sets from MES store yard or from collection point as decided by Engineer-in-charge. Vehicle for the transportation of “DHPP (N) Fuel” from MES store yard or from collection point up to installations shall be provided by the Department free of cost to the contractor.

Notes for Srl Item No 1 to 4 :- (i) All installations shall be kept neat and clean all the time. (ii) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in main installation by the contractor. (iii) All the employees should have passed the ITI / NCT / VTcertificate / two years experience in requisite trade.The contractor is required to submit the ITI Pass certificate / experience certificate of all the employees to the Engineer-in-charge as desired to deploy on the installations. (iv) All types of T&P including digging tools required for day to day requirement shall be provided by contractor and all workers shall report to AGE E/M office daily with tools etc provided by the contractor. (v) Log sheet for installation shall be maintain by operator for each shift duly signed by operator and contractor and submitting of the same before producing of RAR / Bills. (vi) Bidders may please note that the rate quoted for outsourcing work shall not less than the minimum wages circulated by Govt of India / State Government as on bid submission end date, which ever is higher for Suratgarh (Class 'C' City). If the rate quoted by the bidder is lower than the applicable minimum wages as applicable the same bid will be treated as 'Non-Bonafide' & the offer will not be considered for acceptance.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor cap 10 / 12.5 HP and rewiding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including varnishing, baking, cotton tape with electrical connection complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Energy efficient decorative round LED surface down light fitting of 12 watt, 6500K lumen output suitable for ceiling cutout dia 150mm approx prewired with complete with all accessories, IP 54 protection connecting up 3 core sheathed copper flexible cable 1.5 sqmm up to light fitting & connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of elevator Automatic rescue device (ARD) with battery complete set suitable for 12.5 HP motor elevator, naturally air cooled, maximum rescue runs per day-10 operation in case of total power faiulure and matching with existing lift panel, all electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rewiring for cabin of lift of lights, cabin fan, emergency alarm etc complete with replacement of pvc connector, control wiring with flame retardant low smoke (FRLSH) pvc insulated mulistranded copper wire 1.5 sqmm, thimbles, lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking out defictive non-clog submersible pump set of capacity 10 HP Capacity after disconnecting electrical connections, transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling the pump set for detection of repair and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including varnishing, baking, cotton tape and greasing of bearings, bushes and other connected parts, replacement of iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key, thrust bearing, replacement of unserviceable nut-bolts, washer, lugs, terminal plate, reassembling, refixing in its original position, making proper electrical connections, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - (i) Cost for transportaion to workshop and carry back to site after repair is inlcuded in the unit rate of item nothing extra shall be paid on this acount.

Testing of treated water of sewage treatment plant COD, BOD, pH, TSS etc from recognized laboratory as directed by Engrineer-in-Charge Note :- Rate includes the cost of collection of treated water sample in strilized bottol from various STPs at Suratgarh Mil Stn and submitting to laboratory for report. --------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 20300/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
