Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

4 Ft Industrial LED Batten: Supply of standard 4 feet industrial indoor 40W,LED batten having high efficiency, flicker free suitable for wall, surface and conduit mounting system with required accessories as required. Similar to Philips Endura LED Next Model No. BN308CLED40S-6500 L120 PSU or Equivalent as approved by department.(Note:The LED batten shall have minimum 2 years relacement warranty.)

1'x4' LED fitting: Supply of recessed mounting 1x4 LED energy efficient fitting, 3600 lumens, around 36 watts, WW/WH along with suitable driver with ripple less than 5% for flicker/glare-free light as required. Similar to Philips Full Glow 1'x4' Model No : RC380B LED 36S-6500/4000 G5 L12W3 PSU OD or Equivalent as approved by department.(Note:The LED shall have minimum 2 years replacement warranty.)

Cast Iron Body Earthing : Providing cast iron pipe earth pit with 2000mm long 100mm dia 7mm thick cast iron pipe including excavation, refilling with salt, charcoal, natural soil and providing masonry cover etc.,complete in all aspects as required.

12 Way MCCB VTPN DB with 160 A MCCB: Supplying and fixing 12 way surface/ recess MCCB mounting, 415 volts, vertical type TPN MCB distribution board (with wire way/cable end box) of sheet steel,dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 250 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, along with 160 A,16 KA/25KA TPN MCCB, phase barrier and spreaders for incomer, interconnection between DB incomer and the bus bars/Existing mains shall be made with copper cables of appropriate rating as required. The Old Existing wiring circuits have to be redressed and connected to the DB along with new wiring connections. The VTPN DB shall be mounted on a adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmly in the existing wall/ existing base channel as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following 'C' series, 10 kA MCB's in the out going circuitsTP MCB-63A-4 Nos TP MCB-32A-3 NosSP MCB-6-32A-15 NosBlanking plates -As required. Make : ABB/Legrand /Schneider /Siemens/Hager or equivalent subject to the approval of the department.

Removing the existing Old DB'S, MCB enclosures,point, circuit, sub main wirings, fans,switch boards, power boards, GI/PVC pipings, light fittings and rerouting of existing GI flat layed in wall surface/earth from earth pit to near by wall of 2 run 12 meter with necessary washer,wall clamp and nut bolt for jointing or as welding as per requirement in proposed Lab area complete and returning the removed items to the departments stores or any such place within the institute area as directed by the engineer in charge as per site condition in all aspects and returing the same to the department's store section as per engineer-in- charge direction. "

18 " Exhaust Fan : Supply of heavy duty 18" exhaust fan along with louver shutter,totally enclosed,continuously rated, dynamically balanced impeller suitable for single phase power supply, 900 rpm, having minimum 2290 CFM and noise level not exceeding 60 db having 2 years guarantee and shall be conforming to the Is standards.
