M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper FRLSH conductor 2.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including medium grade, PVC casing capping and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for casing capping and IS:3419:1976 for accessories), , including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for connecting 15A socket on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch socket out let combination multipurpose 3 pin, 5/16 Amps and (with 3 pin 5 Amps outlet also) flush type (non shuttered) on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised iron pipe 15 mm internal bore including all fitting; laid in trenches or fixed on wall or conclealed to wall and making good disturbed surface by using white cement/white putty and plaster finishing as match to existing surface after fitting of GI complete all as specified and directed. Note:- rate quoted incl civil work .

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of heater water storage type electric geyser (vertical cylindrical type) 25 litre capacity with BEE 5 star rating (minimum) and ABS body, porcelain enamel glass lined inner tank including fixing arrangement with providing including suitable capacity flexible cable 3 core with 3-pin plug of 16 amp capacity maximum 2 mtr length, PVC connection pipe of size 15 mm dia and 450mm length for Hot Cold water, including chromium plated brass nuts and fixing on walls with and including all necessary fitting material i.e. Mild steel Bolts (Bolts to be grouted), CP brass nuts, Washers, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI ball valves 15mm, Plastic , screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for GI pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and direced.

Supply and fix GI Tank connector 15mm, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends, one side for GI pipe and other side for connection of existing Tank, complete all as specified and direced.

Material and labour for point wiring for the One light/fan point controlled by one,one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling with 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth conitinuity (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of switch piano flush type 240 Volts 5 Amps, SP, one way, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface PVC/Polycarbonate, 65x50 mm two to three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of circular hole at any type of wall suitable size for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep, grouting 04 Nos 100mm long 12mm dia stud bolt including,making good to disturbed surfaces of wall to match as per the existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep metalic body with louver With all fittings including nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I with ball valve high Pressure PTMT with Epoxy Coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min Wt - 25mm -455 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipe of size 25mm SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and Antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair PP-R Gate valve of size 25mm (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair PP-R Gate valve of size 32mm (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Ball brass valves of size250mm, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Wiring for Circuit /Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn thorugh into PVC casing caping including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor nominal cross section area as under as contineous earth continuity wire complete all as specified. Two run of 6 Sqmm cable one run of 6 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directe
