Drilling and fixing teflon nozzles in RCC members including drilling holes, drilling holes 12 mm dia, 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structrual members at the intervals of 300 to 500 mm in staggered manner or as directed by the consultants in RC structural element. Cleaning of holes : Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing of nozzles. Fixing of nozzles : Insert 12 mm dia teflon nozzles in claned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive oulet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hours. Cutting of nozzles : Cut the nozzles by chie=esel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material & labour for injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ration 1:2 (1-cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (supercom-100) 250 ml/50 kgs. Mixing shall be donw by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.50 kg/sq cm etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to slab)

Injecting low viscosity (3-5 cps) high molecular weight by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material as : Mixing of material componets quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting : Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor, maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3 kg/sqcm) by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structrual elemts @ 100 ml per nozzle. repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beams and columns)

Building up the profile of structrual members by using latex addidtives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system( Polymer modified mortar)( 1:5:15 = 1 monobond- 5 cemnt- 15 sand) in damaged area in 30mm thicknes including leveling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.
